Cockroaches.

Excellent location for Valencia marathon, 1k from start. Close to the park, supermarket and public transport options close by, easy to get round city from here. Has good shower. Induction hob, microwave and washing machine.

Cockroaches! Quite a lot. Bedsheets had white stains on. Had to make more than one contact to get the door code to let us in, received at 17.04 on check in day. The owners request communication away from booking.com message system. It doesn't feel secure. The door opens with a key code, there is no secondary door lock, e.g. a bar/chain to lock it from the inside and it a ground floor flat immediately off the road. There is a small gap between the door and frame. A second lock that you can use from the inside would give peace of mind.

Good location, easy check-in

Very noisy, the door is facing the street and the apartment is right next to the garage of another apartment. Cars come and go till midnight and from 06am on so they only good sleep you can get is is between those times. The opening and the closing of the garage door makes a horrible noise. The towels also smelled like it was washed but not with soap or with dirty water.

Had a lovely time.

The apartment is very nice, good decor. The tv has apps on it, all listed appliances were there. The location of the property is fantastic, very close to restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets. Very easy to get to from the train station and airport. If you don’t mind walking then the beach is a good enough distance (30 minute walk). On street rentable bikes nearby.

The property is on the ground floor, so you do enter from the street, wouldn’t be too bad apart from the restaurant next door, so people are sat right outside. I would say cleanliness was a bit of an issue, as i found a cockroach laying under the tv stand, there was what i believe to be sand, cobwebs, and the towels smelled a bit like smoke. All things that can be easily removed.

Me gustó mucho la decoración, todo nuevo, lo práctico, la ubicación y la limpieza. La cama de matrimonio comodísima y la ducha también muy bien.

El sofá cama. Es incomodísimo, mi amiga durmió fatal. Lo deberíais cambiar. Si vamos en pareja repetiremos, pero no es para llevar un tercer acompañante.

Poca higiene y nula comunicación

La ubicación y el ruido, es una zona tranquila.

La limpieza y la implicación de la persona que alquila el apartamento. Había pelos en la cama, estaba usada y sin cambiar. La escobilla del baño sucia con restos de papel. Había por el suelo hormigas y bichos pequeños y una cucaracha por la encimera de la cocina. El mando de televisión no funcionaba y pudimos verla. La comunicación con el personal, NULA. Envió un mensaje con explicaciones de acceso y bien. Le escribí para comentarle lo de las sábanas, y no contestó, le vuelvo a escribir por la escobilla para que tenga conocimiento y tampoco contesta, le escribo por el mando de la televisión y tampoco contesta.

Un ottimo appartamento per qualche giorno a valencia

La struttura era dotata di tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno a valencia. La cucina non dispone di un ampio corredo ma aveva il necessario per poter fare uno spuntino. Nonostante sia un monolocale gli spazi sono comunque molto ampi e si sta molto comodi. Il bagno davvero ben funzionante, più grande di quanto mi aspettassi, la doccia è una chicca.

La posizione è comoda, perché sta vicino alla città delle arti e della scienza che è un buon punto per la movida e a metà tra la città vecchia e il mare. È una zona leggermente periferica e l’ingresso direttamente sulla strada non mette tanta serenità, basterebbe mettere una porta più blindata all’ingresso per superare questo disagio.

It was noisy all the time! And sounds were like someone tried to entrance this apartment. Also I didn’t understand at the beginning how to close door from inside and outside, that’s why was worried about my stuff there. And you hear everything from outside and from different apartment, so sometimes it was hard to relax. There was no iron -it is a very necessary thing in warm country I have found dark hair in shower and somewhere in apartment- it is definitely not mine, I am blond one And it was only one small blanket for covering at night. I thought it was just a cover for bed, but no, it was for me.

Que el apartamento es un bajo y se escucha todo, además las cortinas no tapaban bien la luz y entraba por todos lados. Nuestra puerta además era de metacrilato y le habían dado algún golpe y estaba rajado, por lo que eso, nos causó algún tipo de preocupación de cara a pasar la noche.

Absolutamente nada. La cama diminuta, cocina no equipada, ruidos por la puerta de garaje automática de al lado, apartamento a pie de calle, sin ventanas, sin ventilación, cortinas que no cubren la fachada y que dejan entrar la luz de la calle, infestado por chinches y cucarachas, taza sin tapa correspondiente y un largo etcétera. No entiendo porqué Booking, una empresa seria, permite este tipo de alojamiento en su catálogo.

Buen apartamento

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, muy nuevo y bien equipado. La cama era muy comoda, el sofa cama no, para usarlo como sofá muy bien pero como cama era un bastante incomodo. El baño estaba muy bien y la cocina tambien, no tenía horno ni lavavajillas, pero para una estancia corta son totalmente prescidinbles. Yo estuve en el apartamento 3, es todo una unica estancia, dividida en areas, salon con sofa cama, la habitacion como cama matrimonio y una pequeña cocina, y al lado de esta se encuentra el baño que es otra habitacion con puerta aunque sin pestillo. No es necesario llaves, te envían un código numerico que es el que se usa para abrir la puerta durante tu estancia.

Y es un apartamento que esta a pie, por tanto no puedes abrir la ventana para ventilar porque te ve todo el mundo, y puede dar un poco de miedo eso de estar a la altura de la calle. El sofa cama era muy incomodo para usar como cama.

Está bien ubicado, en una zona urbana. Había aire acondicionado y también ventilador.

No estaba limpio, se notaba que hacía mucho tiempo que ciertos sitios no se limpiaban y la limpieza en general, dejaba mucho que desear. Hay muy pocos utensilios de cocina. El sofá cama del salón es, aparte de pequeño, incómodo. Para que un adulto duerma ahí, no lo recomiendo. El mando de la tele no funcionaba, intenté contactar con el personal pero no recibí ningún tipo de respuesta.

Niks tegen maar misten een deken. Dus we hebben een soort van plaid gekocht op de markt en die hebben we laten liggen. Wellicht die uitwassen en laten liggen. Veel mensen vinden het fijn toxh iets over te hebben en dan is 1 fleeceplaid te weinig.

Szerettem. Luxus érzésem volt, kényelmes volt lakni, nagy, elfértünk, hűtő, klíma mosógép működött és nagyon új volt.

Minden nagyon új és stílusos volt! Volt bekészítve kapszulás kávé, sampon, tusfürdő. Ami a legjobb volt, hogy az ajtót kóddal lehetett nyitni, így mindhárman szabadon mozoghattunk, nem kellett kulcsra vagy kártyára vigyázni. Séta távra volt a tengerpart, belváros, nevezetességek, üzletek. Nekem nagyon tetszett.

Csak két dolog: a törölközők poshadt szagúak voltak. Nem volt meleg takaró! Vagy egy egyszerű szövetlepedő… fáztunk este, bár volt klíma. Jó lenne ha betennének 2-3 paplant

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, al estar a unos 15 minutos andando de la ciudad de las artes y las Ciencias, a unos 10 minutos del metro hacia el aeropuerto. También está bien conectado con autobús para ir a la playa.

No me gustó que es un bajo y se oye la calle, y que en los que dan a la avenida Baleares hay una cervecería y se oye bastante a la gente. La limpieza en general estaba bien, pero no se habia limpiado salpicones de aceite en la pared de la vitro, y la vitro. También eché de menos algunos objetos como: tijeras, alfombrilla para la ducha, y toalleros, para la toalla de mano y para colgar las toallas de la ducha, una vez usadas para que se sequen. El sofá cama bastante incómodo para dormir. Por la mañana entra bastante luz, aunque haya cortinas opacas.
