The AQUA APARTMENT is 10-15 minutes walk to the Oceanográfic, and the City of Arts and Sciences, the Turia Gardens, where you can cross the whole city with bicycles or walking. It is a privileged place in the city of Valencia, next to the hotel zone.
All very well connected by different bus lines and subway under the same apartment. One step away from the Port where the famous America's Cup and the beach of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa were made, where you will find all kinds of Mediterranean restaurants, where you can taste the typical Valencian paella and other specialty rice dishes in the area. make bicycle trips (Valenbici) to the gardens of the Túria river (among others) that are located at FIVE MINUTES ON FOOT, where you can visit the Oceanographic, and the city of Arts and Sciences, the Palau de la Música, the Museum of Fine Arts (San Pío V), the Botanical Garden and the Serrano Towers, to the Cabecera Park with the Bio-Park zoo, (wild animals in freedom) etc., and to other places in the Historical Center, one of the largest and most interesting in Europe, where the splendor of the Valencian Golden Age of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries can be seen.

Enrique is a very good hast and acted to sort out the small problems we had.The apartment is accurately described and we mostly enjoyed our stay.
However,the building which houses the apartment is in a pretty poor condition and I would describe it as being ,social housing'.We didn't feel threatened or anything like that but its just not very pleasent..The reception area is horrible (as is the lift).BUT,as soon as you're through the door of the apartment itself,its great!
