Appartamento moderno, pulito e confortevole. Posizione davvero buona: nella via adiacente passa qualunque bus e se vuoi fare due passi arrivi in 10 minuti a Oceanografico e Città della scienza. Se venite in aereo dovete scendere con la metro a Maritim e da lì sono 10min a piedi.
L'appartamento ha un ingresso direttamente dal marciapiede della strada, quindi mentre da una parte è comodo, dall'altra risulta un po' rumoroso la notte. Inoltre l'appartamento non è dotato di finestre ma l'unica fonte di luce è la porta e i relativi vetri della porta (opacizzati ovviamente). Proprio di fronte all'appartamento c'è il lampione della strada che di notte può darsi fastidio a chi dorme sul divano letto. Per quanto riguarda la comunicazione con il proprietario dovete farlo esclusivamente con la chat di booking.

Bien conectado a la ciudad y cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias. Calle tranquila con Lidl y McDonalds a 5 minutos andando y viene equipada con todo.
Piden muchísima antelación para hacer el check-in antes de las 4 e inicialmente nos indicaron un piso diferente al de la dirección así que debe llamarles para estar seguro donde entrar. Usan una app/link para entrar en vez de llaves convencionales y no mencionaron esto al principio, sólo después de llamarles. Mal aislado acústico asi que vas a oír a la gante pasar y hablar enfrente del apartamento. También hay una farola a la entrada que pega durante la noche pero hay persianas gordas que resuelven ese problema.
