I wish i stayed at a hostel, horrible experience

It’s like dungeon, it is one out of several apartment rooms not a whole apartment on it is own, you get one hot plate only, very dirty, they monitor the place and the AC and turn it off remotely if you used it a bit, there was hair and stain all over the place, broken shower head, also the door is not safe, very loud mo isolation at all, you can hear when the other guests flush, the only way to relax is to go and rest on the dirty bed the couch is and the tables are horrible, it is like a warehouse whatever trash they didn’t need they put there even the cleaning equipments

Beautiful place to stay and a lot of room!

The location was great, next to the really nice ocean, and also right near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which was beautiful to see. I really like how spacious the apartment was, and there was a great amount of room for 6 girls. If I went to Valencia again i could say even like 8 people could have stayed in that apartment, it was so roomy and nice. Definitely recommend!!

The host was a little harsh. Having to take out your own trash seems unnecessary, and when paying a cleaning bill for this, that should be included. We took our trash out, but it was inconvenient on the day we left. Also, we asked for a later checkout time, which was declined, which was fine. However, I then received a text asking if we were leaving any earlier than 11 on Sunday, which seemed inconsiderate of the host. Otherwise, all around great apartment, and area.

A cosy place

The location - close to metro and supermarket as well as local restaurants. Good kettle and although basic kitchen you can make a good meal. Parking was excellent.

No outside view unless you are on first floor bedroom.

Lovely stay in Valencia

Great little apartment well located for the Valencia half marathon. All the amenities you would need for a short stay and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Some coffee to brew would have been a nice touch

A fantastic apartment!

Comfortable and well organised. It had everything we needed! Strongly recommended, especially if you wish to visit the Aquarium and Science Museum.

These are mostly recommendations for the future: - Better soundproofing, especially for the main door (you can hear clearly whoever stops outside your apartment for a chat). - Add covers to the keypads. Valencia is incredibly safe, but entering the code to enter the apartment without any cover feels a bit sketchy. Anyone across the street or from a balcony could easily spot the code. Again, we felt super safe at all times, but it would be the perfect addition. We will happily comeback!

Not such a great value in the end

Kitchen and washing machine included was nice for long stays, only a few blocks away from the metro and/or bus, quick response from host, hot water with good pressure, safe location

Sticky floors and handrails for the stairs, AC shuts off if set lower than 26, not close to anything walkable unless you want to take a bus or metro, pillows flat but bed is comfortable if you like it firm, old towels and no washcloth provided, no iron or steamer for clothes. All of this could be overlooked if paying less than hotel pricing but a few hours after leaving, we realized we had forgotten our diabetes medication in the refrigerator. No hotel would have ever been so careless as to toss out what is obviously medication. When I contacted the host, they said things are always thrown out. When I asked them to follow up to be sure because I’d come back for it, the response was “I answered your question already”. When getting VA healthcare in the states, you can only get prescriptions from them and so we’d have to rush to visit a doctor here in Spain to get new medicine prescribed. It was all a scary and expensive mess that we obviously created for ourselves by leaving the medicine behind. However; it’s also an important lesson to learn how hosts will handle these types of customer service situations.

Room is comfortable and clean. Facilities available to make breakfast. Location is fine when using Uber. Host very helpful. No outside space; smokers need to go outside the building.

the location was close to a metro and tram station the metro gets you into the centre of town quickly and the tram can get you to the beach quickly. there were 2 working showers and toilets so no ques for toilets. The rooms come with electric shutters to shut out the light at night

the second bedroom doesn't really have any privacy the doubled bed room has a randomly lowered part of the celling which is easy to bang you head on if you store your bags on there. There walls are very thin inside he building.

Extremely easy check-in and check-out. Good wi-fi. And very clear instructions to enter the main building, collect the key and get to the apartment. The location was good, bed was comfortable and shower was good. AC available on both floors.

Pleasant little flat with everything for are going to need during your stay. Supermarkets and places to eat nearby. Close to Ayora metro station and several bus stops so it's easy to get around the city from here.

Although it is not close to the city center, there are several public transport options that will take you to the city easily and quickly. There are also several shops nearby. Parking is free in the area, although it is not easy to find a place. The size of the apartment is pleasant, the two bathrooms are surprising.

The owner's communication is very poor. We have not received any feedback that you have accepted the reservation. I wrote it a few days before departure because I was already nervous. He communicates very curtly. A casual, short introduction would have been good. The same minimal effort is seen in other things as well. No basics, just a liquid soap and nothing else. No shower gel, no salt, no sugar, nothing. We arrived at night, the shop was no longer open, so this affected us quite unpleasantly. There was no cover on the duvet. Strange. Unfortunately, there is very little noise cancellation. You can hear everything that is happening outside or in the neighbors. Fortunately, everything was usually quiet by evening.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Transport around the city very easy and inexpensive. Constant hot water supply. Comfortable bed and sofa.

We enjoyed our stay in general in Valencialoft! The owner always answered very quickly.

Convenient location for discovering the city (several minutes from the metro station, not far from the City of Arts and Sciences, the Turia Gardens), easy self check-in, all the necessary amenities, clean and comfortable place to stay at.

Can’t say that we really didn’t like anything. These are just minor things to be improved. The lack of towel’s hanger in the bathroom. Also it would be great to have some salt/sugar, pepper and oil in the kitchen for those who prefer to cook at home. And maybe several more rolls of toilet paper and trash packets (2 rolls and 1 packet is not enough for 2 people per week).

Very good

We enjoyed a long weekend Valencia and stayed at Valencialoft. It is quite conveniently located at a 5 minute walk to the metro station with direct lines going to the airport, city center and beach. Walking you can reach the city center in about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty bars, shops and supermarkets in the vicinity. The accommodation has a split-level, industrial design, small but complete kitchen, good size bathroom, tv and airco units making it a very comfortable place to stay.

An extra set of towels would have been nice. The bedmatras and pillows were quite firm, but that can be a personal thing.
