Great location, but I wouldn’t stay again. Better value in other locations.

Description on listing didn’t match what was provided. I presented screenshots that a private bathroom was included. I was later told it was an additional charge. This place is pitched as a hotel. It is not. They are small rooms in an apartment.

Not bad at all

One of the advantages is the responsive staff, the clean kitchen and overall premises, as well as the fairly comfortable room. The downside is the price-to-quality ratio, since seventy euros for a room without a private shower and toilet on the outskirts of the city (even if it’s near the beach) is quite expensive. Private toilet in the room would cost 15€ per night more. Soundproofing also leaves much to be desired. That said, if you’re traveling for 2–3 nights with a partner, this apartment is a good choice.

Vlakbij het strand. Ik had een upgrade naar een kamer met balkon en eigen douche, heel fijn. Heel lieve schoonmaakster die voor mij extra keukengerei haalde. Via de app contact met eigenaar en veel leuke tips gekregen voor in de buurt. Ik kom hier graag weer terug.

Estancia perfecta, todo a mano y atención de 10

TODO PERFECTO!! Habitación amplia, limpia y con aire acondicionado, a pocos minutos de la playa. Parada de bus justo enfrente, bares, restaurantes y un chino al lado. La señora de la limpieza muy agradable y el chico súper atento, nos recomendó sitios y hasta nos dio toallas para la playa. La cocina con todo lo necesario y espacio en la nevera. Un 10/10, repetiríamos sin duda.

No me gustó nada, el cheking muy tarde a la entrada, no nos dejaron ni dejar la maleta antes de entregar la habitación, habitación sucia, toallas rotas de aseo, pelos en el suelo, cama, y baño, cubiertos para comer sucios, y a la salida metiendo prisa para abandonar la habitación.

Bardzo czysty apartament. Wchodzisz jak do mieszkania / małego hostelu. Przez kuchnię (która jest współdzielona z innymi). I korytarzem do pokoi. Większość nie ma prywatnej łazienki. I nie jest to wyraźnie zaznaczone wg mnie ale za dopłatą (15e za noc) pozwolono mi zmienić na pokój z łazienką.

Kamienica okropna, ale to jest niestety urok kamienic na tej ulicy, są bardzo stare. Aczkolwiek niektóre urokliwe. Należy pamiętać że jest to w dużej mierze dzielnica zamieszkała przez Romów. Choć w ostatnich latach jest tam również sporo turystów. Jeśli trafisz na współlokatorów którzy nie szanują ciszy nocnej, to niestety sobie nie pośpisz.. bo słychać bardzo wyraźnie jak zamykają drzwi, czy korzystają z współdzielonej łazienki.

Muy recomendable, moderno y cómodo

El lugar es precioso, con un estilo minimalista, moderno e industrial. Las camas son muy cómodas, cada habitación tiene TV, el baño está bien equipado y todo está muy bien decorado. Las áreas comunes como el patio interno, el salón y la cocina (con cafetera, horno y heladera) son ideales para compartir con otros huéspedes, en un ambiente juvenil y agradable. Zara fue muy amable y sus recomendaciones de restaurantes, excelentes. ¡Recomiendo este hospedaje sin dudas!

La entrada con app es práctica e innovadora, aunque es importante no quedarse sin batería en el teléfono. Lo único negativo fue el recargo de 20€ por llegar después de las 22, ya que el ingreso es autónomo.

Shared Apartment close to the beach

Das Apartment war sauber und der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Den Strand konnte man in 5 Gehminuten erreichen. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche/Kühlschrank und Zugang auf das Dach. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Der Checkin war auch nachts (1:45 Uhr) möglich. Es war sehr wenig Straßenlärm zu hören, wenn das Fenster geschlossen war. Netflix konnte man gratis benutzen.

Nach der Buchung haben wir erfahren, dass es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad für 5 Zimmern (sprich 10 Personen) gibt oder man pro Tag 25€ mehr bezahlen muss um das Zimmer mit eigenen Bad und Balkon zu bekommen. Das Zimmer, das man bucht, ist ein Raum im Apartment. Das Apartment besteht aus 6 Räumen/Zimmern, die gebucht werden können. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Wohngemeinschaft. Vor allem in der Nacht, wenn die Mitbewohner spät nachts zurück in ihr Zimmer kommen und Lärm machen.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój jasny i przestronny w nowoczesnym stylu. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko, klimatyzacja z możliwością regulacji temperatury. Tv z Netflix. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (dużo naczyń i różne przyprawy). Wymienili nam ręczniki w 3 dniu, co było bardzo miłe. Łazienka czysta z darmowymi szamponami i mydłem. Przed wejściem przystanek autobusowy, dojazd do centrum autobusem zajmuje ok 25 min. Blisko również przystanki tramwajowe. Bardzo blisko do plaży. 10 min pieszo do supermarketu Mercadona. Spokojna okolica.

Czasem przydałaby się jeszcze jedna łazienka.

La ubicación excelente, cerca de las playas. Muy limpio y cómoda la habitación. El espacio en común estaba muy ordenado y limpio también. El anfitrión amable y nos envió recomendaciones de lugares cercanos.

Solo diría que la puerta para entrar cuesta a veces un poco. Pero nada que no se resuelva. Diría que es un juego de maniobrar la llave. Del resto todo es perfecto para sentir comodidad.

Chambre avec SDB/WC à partager dans un apart’hotel au 4ieme sans ascenseur et sans rideau

En fait ça n’est pas évident dans la description de la chambre de deviner que c’est plutôt un apart’hotel car il y a au moins 5chambres dans un appartement rénové. 2 chambres partagent la SDB/WC + cuisine et les autres chambres ont une SDB privative. Si lorsque l’on a réservé on avait su qu’il fallait partager la SDB/WC on aurait pas pris. De plus dans la chambre le rideau obscurant est cassé et donc on avait tôt le matin le bruité de la rue passante et la lumière. Notre hôte ne nous a jamais répondu non plus sur notre demande de rester 2h de plus pour le checkout. 4ieme étage sans ascenseur (pas non plus reporté sur la description)

El anfitrión Óscar súper atento llegamos bastante más tarde y nos recibió muy bien, nos dijo en los sitios que podíamos ir para comer, el alojamiento la decoración muy chula la cama muy cómoda

La limpieza un poco escasa, el inconveniente que el baño era compartido lo único que tuvimos suerte que con los otros hospedados no tuvimos problemas, un tercero sin ascensor

Reservamos como apartamento y resultaron ser habitaciones en un piso compartido, con baño compartido.(No lo especifica en el anuncio) El único balcón que hay es de una habitación con mobiliario roto. El edificio es muy antiguo, con olor a humedad y un tercero sin ascensor. Mucho polvo y suciedad en el apartamento (adjunto fotos)

El dueño un crack, y si valoramos lo que es la habitación en sí, acogedora y “práctica”.

Las zonas compartidas, que lamentablemente estaban muy sucias (es lo que tiene que hayan estudiantes en este tipo de viviendas). Y el ruido, los portazos y todo en general se escuchaba como si los tuvieras dentro de la habitación.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant :) nous sommes arrivés en avance etil nous a permis d'entrer à 15h au lieu de 16h Pour notre départ il nous a laissé jusqu'à 15h pour quitter la chambre En arrivant il nous a proposé de changer de chambre et en avoir une avec une salle de bain mais on devait payer 5e en plus par jour donc nous avons refuse car le prix était déjà élevé pour une chambre avec SDB partagée dans un appartement partagé (170e pour 3 nuits pour 2) L'emplacement est top, a 5mins a pieds de la plage mais un peu loin du centre ville Un super restaurant Reina teska dans la rue

Il manque une poubelle dans la chambre, un tapis de bain et une serviette pour se sécher les mains dans la salle de bain. Ainsi qu'un support de porte dans la salle de bain afin d'y laisser sa serviette, ses affaires Il y a un rooftop mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sièges pour s'asseoir Il était indiqué Netflix mais il n'y avait pas de compte connecté C est plutôt un Airbnb qu'un Booking... C est un appartement dans lequel vit des personnes a l'année (des étudiants) et d'autres chambres en Airbnb, Booking etc Donc la cuisine était très souvent sale avec de la vaisselle dans l'évier, frigo et congélateur sale On avait la chambre collée à la cuisine donc on entend tout et quand quelqu'un cuisine ça sent La description est un peu compliquée et les photos qui apparaissent rendent confus. Nous avons pensé réserver une chambre avec SDB privée et un balcon mais nous avons eu aucuns des deux. Il s'est avéré que nous avions réservé la chambre avec la salle de bain partagée et la chambre avec balcon était déjà occupée Finalement ni balcon ni terrasse
