The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are just a few steps away from the center of town. The apartment is small, but it is more than sufficient if you mainly plan to sleep there. Additionally, we had an issue with the air conditioning, and the staff came immediately to resolve the problem.

We have stayed in several apartments before, and hosts usually provide basic extras such as coffee, tea, or even simple essentials like salt. It was disappointing to find a coffee machine in the apartment but no coffee provided at all. Another aspect that was quite concerning was the payment process. They were unable to charge through Booking, which initially gave me the impression that it could be a scam. Instead, they asked me to pay through an external link, so I decided to go directly to their office to make the payment in person. This can be a significant inconvenience, especially if you arrive late at night or early in the morning. They should definitely automate and simplify the payment process.

location was perfect, and honestly, really good price considering it was a full apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. definitely recomment.

bit of a bad smell coming from the bathroom upstairs I believe, but nothing too bad. Also, rhe kitchen could have some more basics (oil, coffee, tea...). But again, nothing major. There's a supernarket less than 5 min away by foot.

Great location, easy to reach by metro, well equipped kitchen, easy communication with hosts. God value for money.

No handsoap provided (and that actually costs 0.90 eur in supermarket so should be provided to guests), apartment smelled like an ashtray even though smoking not allowed, apartment could use renovation and better cleaning, sound insulation very bad (every conversation on the street could be heard and especially garbage trucks that empty containers during the night).
