Cleanliness. One of the single beds was dangerous and has a crack in it. A spare duvet folded on the shelves had some disgusting stains on it as you can see below…

Exceptional

For me,it was perfect.Firstly, it was so very quiet, even though it was close to a busy road.It was clean and fresh smelling.Ground floor,so no climbing stairs with my suitcase.I did not use the kitchen, but checked pots, pans, cutlery etc, and it lacked nothing.The shower was hot and easy to manage.Plenty of clean towels.And the bed was truly,ultra comfortable.location wise,it was perfect for me,I always prefer to stay in the old town,it is familiar and has so much charm..Close to a great coffee shop, pharmacy,tobbaconist and a few local bars.I will recommend to any friends,who are thinking of coming to Valencia.I would definitely stay here again..

Location was close to bus station, center and shopping centre

Room was cold, infested with flies, settee was cleaned with overpowering cleaning solution, bathroom was dirty, sink leaked, shower head was loose, floor was dirty, cockroaches in ceiling lights

Good

The location is perfect if you want visit old town. Close to shops, cafes, tourist attractions. Very comfortable beds. Everything what you need in the kitchen to prepare meal( pans, cutlery, washing liquid and sponge, tea towels, bin bag, cups, glasses, plates). Great WiFi. Television with Netflix and YouTube. Soap in the bathroom was nice surprise 😉

Cleanliness was poor. Tiles in the bathroom need good scrubbing !! We don't like the flies, lying on the floor or flying one🤐 Lack of decorations (some pictures or flower pot will be nice)

Big apartment but not well maintained

Perfect position and big apartment. Great location in the heart Valencia, well connected from the airport and easy to move around on foot or public transports. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single, I was surprised as isn't that well explained on the description of it when I did the booking. Easy to pick up the apartment's key from the office and be in contact with the staff via WhatsApp.

The apartment is very basic and not well taking care of. The bathroom stink and there is rust around. The duvet/covers are pretty dusty. It was not looking a nice and fresh apartment from that point of view. Day 1 the wi-fi wasn't working. We had to wait the day after to be able to use it.

Good location

The apartment we stayed had ALMOST nothing to do with the pictures found on the internet. The cleaning situation was very poor not to mention the bathroom that was the worst part of it. Even the towels available were from very low quality compared to the price charged. The only positive aspect was the good localization, close to the city center. We wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than 4 people.

Good location and quiet place

You have to get to a different flat to get the keys. Given the difficulties to park in Valencia, it is pretty anoying. There were no shampoo, the shower was old.

We liked the location and the space in the property. It was nice to also have the sofa bed and be on ground floor

the picture of the external facade is misleading. the building is therefore beautiful but not the ground floor! we couldn’t open the living room window, which was the space where we were living most, cause it was really faced on the street. i mean that people passes at 5 cm from the window and see and listen what we do. the terrasse, on the bedrooms side is big but it felt rather not possible to be used cause surrounded by building walls around

I like the apartment because it’s in a good location, near supermarkets, bus stations, restaurants and bars.It was clean, the kitchen has everything you need, also, the apartment have a nice terrace.

I like the property and if I need to stay again in Valencia, I will come back here.

Disappointing

The apartment had mold and a very bad smell in some parts of it. We didn't get any hand-towels and even though we asked and were promised they would be provided the day after, it never happened. The floor was dirty already upon arrival, the regular towels were very old and the bed linen looked dirty too. The kitchen was not equipped well enough for a family to cook well.

Pick up key location is not the same as in Booking.com. When I came in apartment, I found cockroach in the kitchen. The walls are peeling. And the worst thing, around main door smells so bad.

perfect location and big apartment

Good location, the old town was easy to reach. The rooms were big und there was enough warm water. The beds were good. Big fridge and dining table.

The apartment was really dirty, the bathroom smelled after sewage. A front window to the street could not be fully closed. Not enough place to store things. Picking up the key was very complicated, the company asked for the pass copies in advance per WhatsApp - absolutely NO GO. The WLAN code on the information sheet was not correct.

Good location, good size, nice kitchen and also available was a washing machine. We were provided with a parking space (for a small fee).

The shower tray wasn't great and the water leaked all over the bathroom.

The location was supurb, the apartment spacious. The staff was helpful with any issues or queries we had.

The apartment could have been slightly more clean. The floor didn't seem moped and there was dust.

Great location and excellent value for money

The location was perfect and close to everything - with a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and close to the metro and old town. Plenty of hot water and lovely comfortable beds. The terrace would be nice during the summer months to let the air in - shame there is no outdoor furniture. Laura who did the check in was very helpful and accomodating. For the price and location the apartment was really good value for money and for a solo traveller much better than a hostel.

There was no kettle so I had to use the microwave to heat water for coffee. No tea towels for drying dishes either. One of the upstairs neighbours had an incredibly loud snore which could sometimes be heard through the ceiling!

Que nos cambiaron el apartamento cuando pedimos el fórmularii de reclamación.

Para obtener las llaves tuvimos que ir a otra dirección. El apartamento estaba sucio, olía a sumidero, el lavabo no tragaba el agua. No había mantas y edredones suficientes. Las contraventanas tenían un dedo de polvo. El sofá tenía manchas de todos los colores. No llegamos a sentarnos por pura aprensión.
