A good location for what we needed and ideal for meeting up with our friends after a 5 years.

Nacho was a great host. Met us on time, and arranged the garage for parking. He also gave us good recommendations for places to eat.

The host from heaven

Close to Metro . Very big. Three bedrooms one ensuite . Host excellent . Every convenience.

Unfortunately they are putting a lift in so noisy workers, but this will be temporary. The apartment is a couple of meters from the building front door which slammed four or more times between five and seven each morning .

it was a horrible experience, the building is a ruin and under construction, all dirty entrance with cement bags , sand and construction equipment, the construction workers start to knock so hard and talk too loud early in the morning. the appartement is in a ground floor , a tiny place that looks like it has no license to rent to travelers, it looks like it was designed to be garbage collection area for the building then it was modified to an appartement . the guy who let us in the appartement is rude and let us in while he was so drunk, so unprofessional and kursed a lot verbally and by text messaging as well , i have prove of all what i am claiming. he wanted to charge us an extra 30 euros for a parking spot we never used . he was too abusive. Don't stay at this horrible place . i definitely don't recommend it to anybody.

Good value for the money

The host is an amazing person. The apartment had all the facities that we needed. Very close to the metro station. Good value for the money. Close to the city center. Very good for a group of friends.

There was a strong smell of bleach. It showed that the apartment was well desinfected but the smell was too strong. Maybe a room perfume will change something. The apartment is located at the ground floor and people are crossing in front of the windows on the sidewalk. It might be disturbing for some people. The apartment is equiped with a electrical boiler so if there are many people that need to take a shower, there is limited quantity of hot water in a time interval.

Accommodation close to the metro station

The accommodation was large, well equipped, close to the metro station. You are quickly in the center or on the beach. Nacho is very helpful owner. There is a paid parking space across the street.

Generally nice place, very close to the metro station and super-marker nearby. Owner only speaks Spanish.

Problem with the payment with the card- had to pay one day before leaving and needed to go to some restaurant at 11pm to pay for our stay. Also one of the bathrooms has really small shower without doors and during showering water gets all over the floor

great apartment; i definitely recommend it

The landlord was very friendly and tried to make our stay as comfy as possible. It is very close to the metro and property is having all the utilities that are needed. Maybe he could add also a vacuum cleaner( if you are staying more than few days because broom and mop is definitely not enough).

Overall great apartment and what is written he should be interpreted as suggestions for improvement and not bad stuff. Apartment is definitely a 9 and with few tweaks can have 10 very easy. The pillows were not the strong point but the mattress was ok but this is subjective to everyone preference. The toilet seat from one of the bathroom was not in good shape but the landlord knew about the problem and did apologies for this.(since we requested to have morning check-in without additional costs maybe this have also a contribution for some of the "bad" things described here). 1 or 2 light spots(1 in bathroom and 1 in living room i believe) were not working and should be replaced but this doesn't contribute to the overall lighting too much. Since we are also some cleanness maniacs we can say there is also room for improvement.

Nice stay in a clean apartment, 4 clicks away from the city centre on the metro

very clean and spacious and handy for the metro, we were met by the owner who provided us with milk and cake as the shops were shut by the time we found the apartment. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The appartement was very comfortabel and clean. Everything was brand new and nicely decorated. It was a good location near some restaurants and supermarket. Also near a parking and the metro to the city center. The owner was very nice and made us feel welcome, by giving us a local delicacy. Thanks Nacho!

Świetna miejscówka na wypad do Walencji, super GOSPODARZ :)

Bardzo uczynny gospodarz przywitał nas w obiekcie, poczęstował pysznymi pomarańczami. Oferował swoją pomoc. Obiekt bardzo czysty i przestronny, w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metra. Gorąco polecam dla osób chcących zatrzymać się w Walencji :)

la zona , il proprietario che è carinissimo ti aiuta in qualsiasi cosa, la metro vicinissima e comodissima sia per il centro che per l'aeroporto, la pulizia e gli accessori nella casa

la casa è al piano terra e devi stare sempre con le tende tirate giù altrimenti dalla strada vedono tutto quindi un pochino buia, ma in casa quando si è in vacanza non ci si è mai a casa quindi alla fine non è un grosso problema
