Good value, comfortable for short/medium stays

+ Easy check-in, you enter your personal info on a website, they just send you the code to the door and that's it. We never interacted with the hosts in any way. + Everything was clean and felt recently renovated + The apartment was small but adequately sized for two people, perhaps three if one of you is willing to sleep on the couch + The kitchen has everything you need + The location is quite good, we were able to explore most of Valencia on foot and by bus + They provided really warm blankets which was nice for winter + There is enough hot water in the boiler to take a long shower + There are bins for all four recycling types (yellow, green, blue, brown) right outside, which made taking our recycling really easy + While you can hear cars on the street, it's really quiet at night and we were able to sleep well

- The apartment is on the ground floor, there are no windows apart from the semi-transparent glass doors (one is facing the street, another is facing a courtyard) - there's not much natural light, and it didn't feel very private - There are neither dishwasher tablets nor laundry detergent provided, you have to buy everything yourself - The location of the clothes rack was weird (it was at the far end of the apartment), we moved it temporarily to the front door

It was good overall, more Pros than Cons.

- Location was superb, very well connected with bus services and/or tram. - Easy self-check with the door code. - Flat is well equipped - In the vicinity there are large supermarkets and a number of smaller local shops and restaurants.

- No window so is lacking from natural light or fresh air. - No bath chair for disabled person. Asked the Host about it, but never got an answer. - Flat is suitable for two persons, not four.

Highly recommend for a short stay in Valencia

The flat was perfect for two, good location and it was a very comfortable stay. The flat has everything we needed. The kitchen and all other rooms in this flat had all the essentials.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned too good and there wasn’t much sunlight making the flat quite dark inside during the day.

Disappointing Start to our Valencia Trip

Self-check in with the door code was easy and convenient.

We booked the apartment for four people, but when we arrived, there was only sleeping space prepared for two — just the double bed had been made up, and there were only two sets of towels provided. A mosquito plug had been left sitting directly on top of the bedding, which didn’t feel very clean or welcoming. We arrived late due to our flight times (which we had mentioned in our check-in form), so discovering this after 10 p.m. was frustrating. We had to move the furniture, unfold the sofa bed, find the bedding, and make it up ourselves before we could finally settle in. When we eventually got into bed, we turned on the air conditioning as the sleeping area was quite warm with all four of us in the apartment. Not long after, we started hearing a dripping sound — then realised that water was leaking from the ceiling directly onto one of our group members and their belongings. We quickly turned on the lights to find water pouring from above. Unsure if the leak was from the air conditioning unit or the apartment upstairs, we had to move the sofa bed to the kitchen area to sleep there instead. I sent emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages to the contact numbers provided but received no reply that night. The next day, the response we finally received asked if we had turned on the air conditioning — which suggested they were already aware of this issue (the ceiling did have visible mould marks, indicating a recurring problem). To their credit, they did deliver extra towels the following day and came in to “fix” the leak. However, it was a very disappointing start to our trip to Valencia, and the situation could have been handled much better.

Average at best

It had a bed and a sofa, and it was good for us as we had a toddler.

That you had the front door on the sidewalk, and you basically went into the kitchen. It is very hard to find a parking spot if you rent a car. There was no balcony, and it was very hot.

A fost intr-o zona accesibila pentru transport in comun , magazine și restaurante.

A fost un miros groaznic de canalizare , pe pereți erau urme de mucegai, lenjeria nu era curată, paharele murdare, cuptorul cu microunde emană un miros urat și masa de asemena nu era curată. Am semnalat faptul ca miroase a groaznic și avem și un copil. Soluția găsită a fost să intre în apartament și să pună odorizante în speranța ca va acoperii mirosul îngrozitor, ceea ce din păcate nu a ajutat și a fost mai grav .

O sistema de acesso ao local, permitindo chegar em horários diferenciados. Apartamento cômodo e com facilidades, cozinha, microondas e máquina de lavar.

Loft comodo e accogliente

Monolocale comodo e accogliente, con due comodi letti matrimoniali. Completo di tutto. posizione strategica in quanto vicino fermata bus per poter raggiungere qualsiasi luogo si desideri. A circa 20 min a piedi dal centro di Valencia. Zona abbastanza tranquilla con market bar ristoranti e pizzerie .

Unica piccola pecca, ma.parere molto soggettivo, i cuscini erano troppo ma troppo esili quasi inesistenti.

Die Gegend ist etwas fraglich obwohl nah an Zentrum. Leider fehlt es in der Unterkunft an trocknungs Möglichkeit an Kleidung . Für eine Familie etwas ungeeignet.

Très bon séjour.

Appartement très propre. Accès facile et quartier bien entouré, proche des transports et de toutes commodités.

Le manque d'objets mis à disposition. Valence étant une ville entourée de plages, proposer le nécessaire de pique nique aurait été sympa. Absence de bols pour le petit déjeuner est regrettable. Un peu bruyant à cause des voisins, surtout en pleine nuit.

- Obiekt jest nowy, świetnie wyposażony i bardzo czysty. Na tak małej przestrzeni zmieściła się nawet pralka i zmywarka. - W niedalekiej okolicy znajdują się duże markety takie jak Mercadona czy Lidl. Nie brakuje też mniejszych sklepików osiedlowych. - W pobliżu mamy przystanek tramwajowy, którym możemy dojechać bezpośrednio na plażę. Oprócz tego duża ilość autobusów. - Spacerem około 15 minut do Torres Serranos

- Jedyny mankament to brak okna z naturalnym światłem

Casa a nível de calle con muy mala ventilación.

La ubicación.

El baño olía horrible. En las fotos no parecía que el espacio era tan pequeño, es prácticamente una habitación. No hay ventanas en el baño, la entrada de luz es nula. La habitación es a nivel de calle literalmente, lo que lo hace incómodo, porque cuando se abre la única pequeña ventana de la habitación la gente de la calle puede ver hacia dentro. Se siente claustrofóbico por la falta de ventanas.

Pulizia, ed il fatto che era nuova

Letto scomodissimo, cuscini sottilissimi, assenza di una scaffalatura /armadio comodo dove poter posizionare i vestiti/maglie. Struttura sulla strada senza possibilità di poter tenere aperta l’ unica porta presente e quindi con pochissimo ricambio di aria. Mancavano gli accessori minimal x mantenere pulito, tipo una semplice scopa (c’era solo quella mini utilizzata dai bambini piccoli). Anche i dintorni dell’ alloggio erano molto “popolari”.

Вход прямо с тротуара, но для нас это было плюсом, потому что не пришлось носить багаж по ступенькам. Исключительная чистота и свежесть, белоснежное бельё и полотенца. И это по самой низкой цене на момент бронирования! Спасибо огромное!
