Appartamento comodo e pulito, proprietari disponibili via Whatsapp rispondo sempre e molto cordiali.
La posizione è ottima, si arriva in centro a piedi in 15 minuti. Fermate di bus e tram vicine per raggiungere mare/città della scienza o Bioparco. Quartiere tranquillo e fornito, con parchi giochi vicini, supermercati e altro.
Gli appartamenti sono in strada, quindi purtroppo entra molta sporcizia dalla porta. Con una settimana di soggiorno si è reso necessario più volte pulire il pavimento e sarebbe stata comoda una scopa elettrica. Ma è solo un suggerimento.

+ Easy check-in, you enter your personal info on a website, they just send you the code to the door and that's it. We never interacted with the hosts in any way.
+ Everything was clean and felt recently renovated
+ The apartment was small but adequately sized for two people, perhaps three if one of you is willing to sleep on the couch
+ The kitchen has everything you need
+ The location is quite good, we were able to explore most of Valencia on foot and by bus
+ They provided really warm blankets which was nice for winter
+ There is enough hot water in the boiler to take a long shower
+ There are bins for all four recycling types (yellow, green, blue, brown) right outside, which made taking our recycling really easy
+ While you can hear cars on the street, it's really quiet at night and we were able to sleep well
- The apartment is on the ground floor, there are no windows apart from the semi-transparent glass doors (one is facing the street, another is facing a courtyard) - there's not much natural light, and it didn't feel very private
- There are neither dishwasher tablets nor laundry detergent provided, you have to buy everything yourself
- The location of the clothes rack was weird (it was at the far end of the apartment), we moved it temporarily to the front door

A fost intr-o zona accesibila pentru transport in comun , magazine și restaurante.
A fost un miros groaznic de canalizare , pe pereți erau urme de mucegai, lenjeria nu era curată, paharele murdare, cuptorul cu microunde emană un miros urat și masa de asemena nu era curată. Am semnalat faptul ca miroase a groaznic și avem și un copil. Soluția găsită a fost să intre în apartament și să pună odorizante în speranța ca va acoperii mirosul îngrozitor, ceea ce din păcate nu a ajutat și a fost mai grav .
