Una cucina ben fornita
La presenza di muffa e in bagno e la presenza di un cantiere stradale appena fuori dalla porta con tutti i disagi di rumore associati senza essere informati così come una volta arrivate alle 16.30 abbiamo trovato appartamento ancora non pronto (il personale stava ancora pulendo il pavimento) nonostante in check in fissato dalla struttura stessa alle 16

We had a great stay, the flat is very spacious, everything was nice and clean. The location is great in a vey nice neighbourhood, close to the centre and parks and all attractions.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro in dieci minuti di passeggiata, la zona è un po' defilata anche se ben servita da negozi e supermarket.
Avremmo gradito un minimo contatto con il proprietario che abbiamo contattato noi perché dotati di codice errato per accedere all'appartamento.
Appartamento dalle buone potenzialità ma purtroppo non ottimizzato dalla proprietà.
Il bagno non si presentava ben pulito con doccia con macchie di umidità.
Per qualche giorno di vacanza ci si può passare sopra ma, con qualche accorgimento in più, gli ospiti potrebbero godere di un agio maggiore.
