It could have been better...

Big apartment, good for a family. You can walk to the seaside and there are interesting places nearby. Shops, Market and many cafè and tapas bar.

Getting the keys was very complicated. I couldn't make another payment on my phone after the one I had already made on Booking, which is mandatory for the host. So we had to find a Wi-Fi connection and use a laptop. After a couple of attempts, we managed it. Luckily, I had my laptop with me, otherwise we would have been left outside even though we had already paid on Booking. Not easy while you are travelling. To open the door to the building, you need an app, which obviously didn't work, so we had to call the host again, and they explained how to get the key code. It was all very complicated, and the instructions were unclear. I've never had such a complicated host before, too much stress. Then, during our stay, many unpleasant things happened: the WiFi went down for a day ( I was working ), there was only one pot for cooking in the kitchen, someone rang the intercom for three night while we were sleeping, the chair and sofa cushions were dirty, sometimes the building door wouldn't open and it took a lot of effort to open it, one day the lock broke and was repaired with tape, there was a sewer smell coming from faucets, and there was hair in the bed sheets. In short, sad it happened to us but we've stayed in better places.

The management was minimally responsive. Had toilet issue and door code issue while I was there. First many times on toilet call, not response. Finally did send someone at the end. Door buzzer rang incessantly 2nd to short in wire, they need to fix that.

Le logement est très bien situé par rapport à la marina en revanche un peu plus loin du centre ville Il est très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût Très bien isolé par rapport aux voisinages et la rue Nous recommandons fortement cette établissement Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d'eau à notre arrivée et l'équipe c'est très vite occupé de nous en nous proposer un autre logement mais comme nous aimions vraiment celui ci nous sommes restés dedans Encore merci pour votre réactivité
