Renovated apartment in a good location

Apartment is quite big, renovated. Has all the amenities. Has a good location, not far from the city centre, and a Metro station is 5-10 minutes by foot. It was mostly quiet in the apartment. There are extra blankets provided also. Building has an elevator. Easy to get into the apartment the first time, but you need to have internet access on your phone. Many low cost supermarket chains outside.

The double bed in the first bedroom was very comfy, the double bed in the second bedroom, not so much. The pillows are very hard and strange shape, I slept without a pillow. And the apartment doesn't have a balcony, the view is inner yard of the building, a bit depressing. When neighbours cook their food, you get the smell through the windows.

Space is big and spacious, with everything you can need for a family. Good WiFi.

Orientation of the apartment since it is all faced in the inner part of the building. It can be smelly from the outside and there is no natural light.

We love Valencia

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, equipped with everything you need. Bus stations are 2 minutes away and the metro station 15 minutes away. Thanks Eric, everything was perfect!

El piso lo tiene todo para una estancia como en casa, muy bien situado, limpio, cómodo, si va con niños como nuestro caso es perfecto, se puede ir andando y en 10-15 min te pones en el centro de valencia, parques, Turia, etc.

Extraordinaria

El apartamento completamente renovado, bien equipado y muy limpio. La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro y con una parada de metro al lado. La estación de tren (Euromed) a 20 minutos andando.

La lástima es que no hubiera un segundo lavabo, que ya sabiamos que no sólo habia uno. Nada que decir de malo

Duże mieszkanie ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi akcesoriami. Przestronna kuchnia ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi akcesoriami. Wygodne lózka. Winda. Bardzo dobrze położone - wszystkie ciekawe miejsca w zasięgu spaceru lub krótkiego przejazdu komunikacją. Blisko sklepy, bary.

Mieszkanie w wewnętrznej części kamienicy więc ciemne. Wymaga drobnych napraw. Kanapa przy telewizorze do naprawy lub wymiany.

Ottima soluzione anche per famiglia numerosa

Comodo ai mezzi pubblici e con due supermercati a pochi metri. Tutti gli ambienti sono spaziosi anche la doccia. Sono disponibili sia la moka che la macchina del caffè a cialde. Molto gradito il wi-fi e i letti comodi. Ringraziamo l'host che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un angolo fino al pomeriggio il giorno della partenza

Forse dovrebbero essere messe a disposizione più stoviglie (posate, tazze) perché non sono sufficienti per eventuali 5 persone
