We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated the little touches, like the tumble dryer and the helpful local tips. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Myself and my friend had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. It was so clean, comfortable, great location and the host was fantastic, (we even got lost on arrival and she came to get us), she spent time with us on check to give us great tips, fabulous recommendations and perfect directions for us to get around the city.

Good quality for this price

The owner of the apartment was waiting for us on arrival to show everything. She tried to communicate with us even though we didn't speak the same language. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Can't complain about the comfort of the beds. Additionally there is a small balcony so you can hang the laundry on the dryer standing there. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices (and cookies to welcome us :)). Near the building you can find veggie store and mercadona. We also parked our rented car for free ~8minutes by foot from the apartment. If you like to walk, the distance to the city center is ok, if not, you can get anywhere by bus or metro.

Clogging sink (but this is probably a general problem in the building). There was little cutlery and no small plates.

Disappointing

good location

Our stay in the apartment was nowhere near what we expected for this amount of money. It was very poor and disappointing. Before arriving in the apartment, we asked the hostess to give us the address of the apartment. Our hostess not only refused to give us the address but also refused any communication with us after being paid two months beforehand. She replied only after we contacted Booking Customers about it. She had also unexpectedly changed the price for late arrivals (from €20 to €25 extra) her excuse was that she wanted to get a taxi back. Upon arrival, our hostess welcomed us with a “Welcome Drink” tap water in a Filter Jug without the Filter. We were very disappointed to find out that the apartment was extremely dirty everywhere. The floor had all sorts of small rubbish laying around, including a piece of glass found by my youngest child. The oven and tray were very greasy. The kettle didn’t work and it seemed as if no one touched it in years. There was no enough utensils for our family (3 forks for 5 people) and we even had to buy our hostess a knife (she told us to, after we mentioned that there wasn’t any). The sink in the bathroom was clogged and that made it very difficult to use. The bed sheets smelled and we had to therefore wash them ourselves. The beds were uncomfortable too, our backs were aching every morning. Our hostess refused to communicate with us and only replied after minimum of 3 days after we contacted her. Me and my family visit Spain every years for the passed 5 years and we have never seen and been in a more dirty and Family Unfriendly place.

Apartamento perfecto y anfitriona genial

El apartamento estaba muy nuevo, decoración moderna, recién reformado y muy equipado, no le faltaba un detalle. Las camas eran muy cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio, el cuarto de baño perfecto para una buena ducha. Antonia es una perfecta anfitriona, amable, comunicativa y aportando sugerencias de sitios donde comer etc Tuvimos una estancia genial en Valencia.

Encontrar aparcamiento en la zona es una labor complicada, finalmente usamos un parking de pago a unos 10 minutos.
