Nice apartment, good location

We took a night flight. Luckily the owners agreed to welcome us at late hours for a small extra price. They also took care of arranging a taxi for us from the airport. Very friendly and responsive. The location is quite nice, easy to go to the centre and close to a Metro station.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Also supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo etc. were not sufficient for a family of 4 for several days. Overall not big problems.

Nice hosts, appartment was clean

It was way too easy to put the keys in the lock the wrong way. This way we couldnt get in the room for the first night. The second day I came in there was no warm water, so I couldnt shower. The last day the power fell out every hour.

Terrible apartament

Lockation

Terrible apartament. Dust everywhere. Air conditiong is old And work when its want. Same with water heater. We had two days without hot water. Kitchen is not prepared for use. Yes you have spoons And forks, but its basicly all. There is no kettle so foget aboute tea. Only caffe if old dirty coffe machine. There are power cables hanging in front door. Bathroom is worst. There is a lot od Mold ( i have pictures because i could not Belive) under The shower. Part of it was badly covered with sylikon. Only good thing was location. We get to apartament at 20:45 And still get charged 20euros for geting Keys, even they sad they will charge us after 21:00. We didint want to ruin vacation And fight aboute this but its not fair. Its just not possible to have such a high opinion on Booking.com And so low standard. I dont recomand this, specialy for that money!

Ubicación perfecta, a una cuadra de la estación Renfe Joaquin Sorolla, cerca a restaurantes y la estación del metro Jesús, cerca al ayuntamiento y un punto estratégico si vienes como yo a correr la maratón de Valencia.

Appartamento molto carino, ben tenuto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, in una zona tranquilla. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili. Consigliato!

Es war toll, für einen Kurztrip absolut geeignet.

Direkt am Bahnhof, fussläufig zu den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, ca. 20 Minuten. Sauber, ordentlich, kleiner Balkon. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe.

El apartamento es correcto y esta bien situado con buen acceso a la ciudad.

No nos gusto el ruido y molestias generadas por el trafico de trenes, aunque aparentemente no esta demasiado cerca de las vías del tren, se deja mucho notar su paso.

Está bien si duermes con tapones

El apartamento está muy bien y es grande para 6 personas. Los colchones son muy cómodos.

Lo que no nos gustó (y me llama la atención no haber leído ningún comentario al respecto) es que se oye perfectamente cada vez que pasa el metro. A la noche cuando estás dormido empiezan a temblar ciertas partes del apartamento ( armarios, puertas, no sabría decir) y te desvelas. El apartamento en general salvo ese tema está bien. Podría tener un segundo baño, pero bueno nos apañamos. Mi recomendación es dormir con tapones.

me encanto la ubicación porque esta muy bien ubicado, se recomienda a cualquiera que visite Valencia, estas cerca de todo, hay supermercado cerca y todo lo que necesites, para nuestra familia son solo elogios al Hospedaje, no tenemos ningún reclamo HOSPENDARSE AHI Y VISITEN VALENCIA. Nunca imagine conocer y llevarme tan linda impresión de Valencia porque jamas había estado en mis planes llegar hasta ese lugar, fue por casualidades de la vida, pero de ninguna manera arrepentida.

Una caca de piso para el precio

La ubicación

Estaba sucio, no había agua caliente por tanto no nos pudimos duchar en los dos días. Olia mal, la cama doble estaba rota y se caía de un lado . Un piso muy frío y por no tener el aparato de calor tía la noche encendido se pasó frío. Las sábanas y toallas olían mal. Un horror
