The location was great. 5 mins to the centre and near some great eateries in Ruzafa. The bus to the beach was really close on Gran Via. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances etc. and it was good having 2 bathrooms. The hosts are lovely, helpful people.

The advert says there is a patio but it wasnt pointed out and there was no sign and it was one of the reasons we picked this. The en-suite shower leaked badly with water running down the wall and I believe the bidet also leaked over the floor. The apartment is a bit 'tired' and although there are 2 sofas one of them was unusable as it seemed to be propped up with cushions and no base to support the seat cushions. There were a few other things but these are the main as Booking.com asked for constructive and honest feedback.

Unser Aufenthalt in der wundervollen Stadt Valencia war super schön, nicht zuletzt wegen der Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von wo der Bus direkt zum Malvarosastrand fährt. Frühstück hatten wir im Cafe Mona in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr empfehlenswert ! Die Ferienwohnung ist nett eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder gut ausgestattet. Im Stadtviertel ringsum sind viele nette, preiswerte Restaurants. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

La ubicación, cerca del centro y muy bien comunicado

Falta de limpieza, ninguna presión de agua en las duchas de los baños. Habitación principal y una de las pequeñas con ventana a un patio de Luces bastante sucio. Cucarachas en el portal. Olores de comida del bar.
