Perfect location, good value for money.

The location is perfect! Big enough for 3 couples. Everything you need in the kitchen

Very nice stay!!

The Appartments was very spacious with three seperate bedrooms! The kitchen had everything you needed, and it was very nice to have two showers and bathrooms especially with 6 girls :)

One small minus point was that two of the rooms did not have airconditioning. Both rooms dit have a fan on the roof, and with the airconditioning on in the living room and doors open it was doable, but it was a little warm (note it was 36 degrees all week during our stay). And one thing to note: check out time was at 12, but the cleaning lady came at 11:30, so we were a little surprised. We did not have to leave or anything and she just worked around us, but is is a good thing to keep in mind!

Ok...

Big apparent clean and quiet in central Valencia. Wash machine, fridge and complete kitchen, towels and Soap. Only one ac works at the capacity of the room. That bedroom from the presentation. Close to the metro, buses and CENTRAL STATION, restaurants and shops.

Air-conditioning from the living room is too small for the 2 bedrooms, big living room, one large hall and kitchen. 26 degrees in the room after one day of working AC (when you stay and sleep inside, the temperature is higher). The cupboards were broken and some drawers and doors cannot be opened. the furniture was of all kinds and all colors It was as if it were a collection of furniture found on the streets. the socket in the bathroom high on the wall which cannot be used and which can get wet due to the steam. kitchen furniture in 2 different models. Some doors I fixed because they didn't open properly. I attach pictures. A sink was clogged in the bathroom. Electric panel fuse jumps if you use a washing machine and 2 AC. Loose and unsightly tiles. The view is only of the buildings behind the block and undressed neighbors.

Excellent reception. Great location. Clean appartement. Comfortable for 6 people.

It's an old building with a lot of noises, particularly during the night, you can hear the water pipes. The main bed is uncomfortable and deserves a better mattress.

Perfect stay in this nice place and city

Very pleasant stay. Place is very clean. We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly host, who handed me the keys (although she didnt know english, but we managed to understand each other). Beds are very comfortable, the two bathrooms are perfectly clean and large. Location is quiet, but near the centre and the historic places.

good location with easy access to buses, and metros to the airport, aquarium, beach, and old city centre. two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. nespresso machine.

it could use a maintenance run to fix some (cosmetic) things, like wardrobes, and kitchen cupboards.

Posizione ottima ma poca pulizia

Posizione ottima vicino al centro, ai mezzi pubblici e al supermercato Suma. Appartamento comodo per gli spazi.

La poca pulizia. Le lenzuola del letto singolo, nonostante fossero state lavate, erano rimaste macchiate, così come macchiate anche 2 federe.Bagni poco puliti con capelli nelle docce. Sotto i cuscini del divano che sta nel soggiorno c'erano mozziconi di sigaretta e tanto sporco. Pulizie troppo superficiali.

Centralissimo e pulito

Posizione comodissima. Abbiamo usato poche volte il bus e girato per lo più a piedi. E comunque le fermate dei bus per le varie attrazioni sono vicine.

Unica pecca il condizionatore che non è sufficientemente efficace per rinfrescare le camere doppie, ma almeno aveva il lampadario con le ventole.

Goede verblijf

Appartement ruim genoeg voor 6 personen,ideaal met 2 badkamers,en fijn dat ieder een eigen bed had en niet op slaapbank hoefde. Locatie,uitstekend! We hebben bijna alles lopend gedaan,supermarkt Suma op 3 minuten lopen,de rest ook allemaal dichtbij,de enige wat we met de bus hebben gedaan was naar het strand,25minuten met bus dus ...

We zijn laat aangekomen,dus alles was al dicht,en dag erna was feest in Valencia en alle winkels dicht,gelukkig Suma supermarkt was open en konden we flesjes water en koffie halen,het viel ons tegen dat helemaal geen koffie of water voor ons was achtergelaten tenmiste voor de eerste ochtend aangezien alles dicht was... De host hebben we niet gezien alleen de moeder kwam ons de sleutel brengen( wat we in de eerste instantie moesten bij een andere adres ophalen)uiteindelijk hoefde niet meer.. 6 dagen zonder wifi geweest!!! Ze zouden iemand sturen om dat te regelen,niemand gezien!! Helemaal geen belangstelling of alles naar onze zin was,alleen heeft ze 1 keer gevraagd of alles goed was na die stroom storing wat we hebben meegemaakt...helemaal geen bericht toen we moesten uitchecken..deur dicht trekken en sleutels laten liggen... Vonden wij niet netjes...

Soggiorno in famiglia

L’appartamento era collegato molto bene e ben insonorizzato. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha consentito l’accesso fuori orario e si è resa disponibile a qualunque tipo di informazione.

Si sentiva un forte odore di fogna già all’ingresso del palazzo. Forse un po’ piccine le stanze con i bagagli i movimenti erano limitati.

De locatie is perfect!

Het appartement ligt op de 5de verdieping, veel trappen en kleine lift. We zagen nergens brandmelders en geen balkon. Brandveiligheid vinden wij dubieus. De nooduitgang was alleen de trap naar beneden.

El piso está muy céntrico, hay supermercado cerca y aparcamiento. El piso tiene calefacción, secador, plancha, nespreso, todo lo necesario, además nos montaron una cuna, los dueños son encantadores
