I highly recommend this place. The property is situated in a convenient location close to all local amenities. Buses, trams and metro stations are just few minutes walk . It is a great pleasure to stay in this beautiful place. Also just across the street there’s a bakery called El Horno de los Borrachos and gelato place. The property manager Angel is very helpful always answered if there’s any concern. Gracias!!!

Clean, comfortable, well equiped and spacious for 4 of us. Great location, with shops, bars and everything on the doorstep. 10 minutes walk to both of the main stations.

sehr zentral gelegen große Wohnung key für Schlüssel war beim einchecken ein kleines problem weil er nicht mehr aktiv war (Link) aber hats sich mit hilfsbereiten Nachbarn bald erledigt.

Großzügige Wohnung in perfekte Lage im Herzen von Ruzafa

Die Lage im quirligen, kreativen Viertel Ruzafa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Boutiquen, Vintage Läden, Supermärkte, Bars, Cafés, Tapas-Bars, internationale Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung mit 2 Bädern ist großzügig und sehr gut angelegt. Der Vollständigkeit halber muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung in einem lebendigen Viertel liegt und auch etwas hellhörig ist, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten Sehr gute öffentliche Verbindungen zum Flughafen oder zu den wunderbaren Stränden!

Locatie. Was top! Midden in het centrum (wat ook zijn keerzijde heeft in het weekend met luide cafés en mensen;)

Het kan wel echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Prijs kwaliteit was hiermee echter wel in balans.

A me é piaciuto soggiornare qui!

I punti forti di questo appartamento sono: é comodo, accogliente, ben posizionato ed il gestore ha una gran cura del cliente. La posizione è perfetta a poca distanza da tutto! La zona è vivace e offre ogni tipo di servizio e attività commerciale. L'appartamento è bellissimo, così come in foto, con le sue 3 camere e 2 bagni risulta davvero molto comodo per una famiglia, la cucina è piccola ma funzionale ed ha un ampio soggiorno che ci ha permesso di vivere bene le nostre serate. Il wifi in serata ci ha dato qualche problema per i film su piattaforma ma per il resto il segnale è molto buono. Noi abbiamo vissuto pienamente questo appartamento per tutti i 7 giorni del soggiorno e ci é piaciuto moltissimo! ... laddove c'è stato un problema o una necessità il gestore si è sempre prodigato per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Cosa si può chiedere di più?!

I punti deboli sono: la pulizia e la manutenzione. Per raggiungere un livello di eccellenza (come lo é tutto il resto) L'appartamento, a mio avviso, dovrebbe essere pulito con maggiore attenzione non solo su ciò che è immediatamente visibile ... va curata sicuramente la cucina e la biancheria dei letti. In casa serve qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione.
