A very convenient central position in the Old City. Located in an apartment above a very good Italian Restaurant. Some noise from the restaurant in the evening, but no more than expected as this is a central location close to the main Market

The host was an excellent gentleman. Javiersuper is a very nice man who is patient, well committed and always reacts with solutions when you need him. The flat was very clean, very central and provides all you need for a holiday like ours. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattresses of the beds. They are not very comfortable. We woke up with back pain everyday. Al was good otherwise.

We had a lovely (but too short!) stay in Valencia. Javier could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, with good beds and excellent shower. Since we wanted the windows open for the gorgoeus night air, we were a bit disturbed at night by noise from the restaurant, and early morning garbage pickup. But that is life in the city. The location was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed, and Javier was a terrific host. It was a great stay in a beautiful city.

We were very impressed with the thoughtful way the apartment was furnished and equipped, even to the kitchen utensils. The place was clean. It looks out onto a small park with a children’s playground and it was pleasant having a view of trees in the centre of the city. And sooo close to the central market. Javier was a helpful host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Javier's apartment, just one minute's walk from the Central Market. The lodging is much larger than it appears in the photos. Very modern. The AC works well and the shutters and sliding doors help to control the heat from the intense Valencia sun. The only problem we had was the size of the second bedroom - the two twin beds take up most of the floor space and there is very little room to move. (I would suggest one queen bed would be better?) Javier was great to work with, very quick to respond to questions. The restaurant below is fantastic!

Worked with me through various check-ins and technical issues and gave great recommendations on things to do and restaurants. This apartment is in a great location, downstairs is a very good Italian restaurant and around the corner is the beautiful Mercat Central of Valencia. There was always something going on in the area. It’s a little tricky to find if you’re unfamiliar with Valencia, 2 taxis were unwilling to navigate the little streets, but we loved this apartment.

The apartment was perfectly situated, minutes away from the old town, with the famous central market and the Cathedral very close, vast array of cafes, bars and restaurants to sit in a watch the world go by on those quieter moments. You can walk to the Science museum and the aquarium and to the bio park quite easily with lots to see on the way. It is a bit further to walk to the sea (other side of the park) it is worth the walk though as you see another part of the City. The beaches are sandy and clean with lots of choices of places to eat. The only down side for us was the amount of noise in the square, currently there is building work going on on three sides, which when you are out and about most days is not a problem, it starts at around 8.00am and finishes early evening Monday to Friday, and I am sure come the Summer most of the noisy building work will be finished. There is a restaurant underneath which can get noisy, we kept our windows shut, but could still hear of an evening, it did not cause too much problem, but something you need to be aware of if you have young children. However, this is city life and you cannot get away from noise and as I said once the building work is complete the apartment will look out onto a pleasant square with children’s playground and restaurant. We would certainly return, Falus was just starting when we were leaving (we had a month in the apartment) and we would return for the celebration, we got a slight taste of what was to come and cannot wait to come back and join in the celebration. A blind in the kitchen would help as at night time we felt a bit on view to the diners in the restaurant below. I could not mark the apartment down as everything was good, the heating worked tremendously and everything was new and modern. Just beware of current building work, but it will come to an end.

The appartment is spacious enough for 4 people and there are extra beds in the lounge for another 2. The kitchen is very practical. There is everything you need in the flat. The Market is around the corner, where you can find fresh meat, fish and vegetables and fruit. There is a DIA supermarket (minin one) nearby, open late for the main shopping items. For breakfast, if you want to go out, there is a cafe / bakery at the end of the small street from the flat. If you tern right there is a groceries shop sellng amazing fruit and veg. The flat is secured with key access everywhere. Lots of walking as the buses are about 10 minutes walk from the flat. We tood the Valencia City Card for 2 days for the 4 of us to visit Valencia and we did not regret it, we used unlimited metro, buses and tram. Day 1 visits: Corte Ingles, Basilic, Cathedral, Plaza de la Reina, and afternoon at the Malvarossa beach (30mins by transport), amazing beach. Day 2 visits: Oceanographic, Science museum, Imax film and 2 hours bike ride in the Turia gardens, fabulous day. All reduced with the City Card. The airport transfer is free with the City card although we booked a car and went to the beach with the car (20mins drive) on the day we were not visiting and had no city card. Took a trip to El Palmar, the rice growing area where delicious Paella can be eaten. The flat is ideal for a city break for a family with 2 teenagers, we fully recommend it.

Javier, the owner, was a great host and provided great information on the day of our arrival. The flat is practically brand new, clean, and fully equipped. The location is great for all local attractions including the market for daily fresh food purchases, restaurants, shopping, and cathedrals. It was also convenient to public transportation. The bus system is excellent and cost about 1.5 euro per trip. The owner was very quick in getting back to us with any questions we had. The airport was 20 minutes away, the taxi was easy to get. It cost about 25 euros.

This is a modern two bedroom apartment located just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. You can also buy fresh ingredients from the central market and cook for yourself in the kitchen. The Internet Wi-Fi was very reliable and the neighbourhood feels safe and peaceful. I would recommend agreeing the time of departure with the owner when booking so that you are able to plan your final day. Otherwise you may have to leave long before your flight departure time and there isn't much to do at the airport. The airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi. There are taxi ranks nearby but if you have a lot of luggage and find it difficult to reach the taxi rank then there is a hotel across the square and they will order a taxi for you. Unlike Barcelona in Valencia it is not normal for the owner to order your taxi so you'll have to make your own arrangements. Overall I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Valencia. It has all the facilities you need for your stay and its central location makes it an excellent choice.

Well priced apartment with ample space, two bathrooms, dishwasher, good air conditioning and washing machine which served us well as we were two adults and two children going to the beach frequently. It is very clean, new and centrally located for exploring the city attractions and the beach. Plenty of good local restaurants and tapas bars, notably Taberna Antonio Manuel as well as supermarkets, cafes and the Central Market. It is a 5 min walk to Ajuntament Square where you can find taxi rank, buses, and 10min from metro station and Valencia Nord railway station. Javier, the owner was vey friendly and helpful, provided lots of info on arrival. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, in weniger wie 2 Minuten ist der Mercat Central zu erreichen. Keine 5 Minuten zum Ajunament. Allerdings sollte jedem bewusst sein, dass die Lage nicht unbedingt Ruhe verspricht. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches bis 01:00 Uhr offen ist und Aussenplätze hat. Danach räumen die Angestellten noch auf- sehr laut werden Tische und Sonnenschirme auf dem Boden gezogen. Wir hatten einige Nächte, in denen es nach 02:00 Uhr ruhig wurde. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, es ist aber alles da was benötigt wird. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass für die Nutzung der Nespresso Maschine 0,50€ extra, pro Tasse fällig werden. Zurzeit befinden sich 3 größere Baustellen in direkter Umgebung. Daher ab morgens Baulärm. Leider wird auch in Valencia jede freie Lücke bebaut.

Mercat central, Cateral ecc sono a pochi minuti a piedi e in piazza si trovano bus per le varie zone della città, metropolitana e taxi. in casa c'è il necessario per starci qualche giorno e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile.

Propriétaire sympathique,présent à notre arrivée et à l'heure fixée pour le départ. L'appartement impeccable, est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, proche du grand marché couvert et de nombreux restaurants à tapas et au dessus d'un restaurant italien que je recommande pour son accueil et sa cuisine...Nous avons circulé en bus et en métro mais surtout à pied, puisque nous étions dans le centre. Séjour très agréable dont nous gardons un bon souvenir.

Het appartement is gelegen aan een rustig pleintje in het centrum van Valencia. De communicatie met de eigenaar en het in- en uitchecken verliep zeer vlot. De foto's die getoond worden zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Het appartement is nieuw en groot genoeg voor 4 personen. De airco werkt perfect. In de keuken waren kruiden, suiker, oploskoffie, afwasmiddel voor het afwasmachine aanwezig. In elke badkamer waren er, voor 2 personen, 1 kleine handdoek en 2 grote handdoeken aanwezig. Dit vonden wij weinig voor 5 dagen. Er is natuurlijk wel een wasmachine aanwezig, maar deze hebben wij niet gebruikt. Op de laatste dag moesten we uitchecken om 11u. Vermits we een avondvlucht hadden vroegen we om onze bagage nog op het appartement te laten. Dit was mogelijk tot 13u30. Het appartement is een aanrader, wij zouden het zeker opnieuw boeken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles neu und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert, er ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der einzige Nachteil ist die nächtliche Unruhe vor dem Fenster, was aber wahrscheinlich in so einer zentralen Lage normal ist

the apartment is new and furnished with new furniture. the location is perfect. center of old town. eat, shop, sight see without a car. if you do have a car, there is underground safe parking. javier was very cordial and helpful with the few issues that came up. we were here for 34 nights. no question, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
