This property is available for short-term rentals ranging from 11 nights to 11 months. Welcome to our charming and well-appointed vacation rental in the vibrant city of Valencia! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect home base for families, couples, groups of friends, and business travelers alike.Boasting a generous 120 square meters of living space, this apartment offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. The three bedrooms feature a mix of queen-size beds and a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—ensure everyone has their own space to get ready for the day. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or step out onto the balcony or patio for al fresco dining. The apartment also features a washer, coffee maker, iron, and other convenient household items to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort year-round.Ideally located in the heart of the city, this vacation rental is just a short distance from a variety of attractions and amenities. Stroll to the nearby Playa Malvarosa beach, explore the historic Plaza de Ayuntamiento, or hop on the subway to easily reach other parts of the city. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and hospitals are all nearby, making this the perfect base for your adventure in Valencia. A security deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your checkout.
House Rules
1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit in the Guest Portal. Once the accommodation has been inspected for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorized additional guests, or excessive utility usage (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).
3. Charging electric cars using the property's electricity is not permitted.
4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.
7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments have electronic locks that should not be tampered with. If you encounter any problems with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage.
10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
11. Parties are prohibited.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.
15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros plus a 15% commission.
16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be restocked; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.
17. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.
18. Please place the trash in the trash bins on the street.
19. On the day of check-out, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, and close the apartment door behind you.

Sweet neighborhood- convenient to the Metro station,grocery store, bakery and many small shops. We had a great time in Valencia!
