Uncomfortable

Its location.

We booked this accommodation because it was cheaper than others in the area. Normally I wouldn’t leave a negative review for a place where I already had modest expectations, but we were very disappointed so I think it’s worth sharing our experience to help others make an informed decision about whether or not to stay here. The property consists of three separate rooms within a single apartment. One of these rooms does not have a solid door, which means it cannot be securely locked. There is no lockbox for the rooms. When we arrived, we were told our key would be waiting on the bed in our room. Unfortunately, the door had been locked from the inside and pulled shut, so we couldn’t access it. After an hour of trying to contact the host and convince him that the door truly couldn’t be opened, he eventually came to let us in. The next day, we discovered that the exact same issue had happened to another guest in a different room. Because there are no external lockboxes, any guest could technically access any room between check-out and check-in times, which feels very insecure. The only air conditioning unit is located in the communal area. Since the neighborhood is extremely noisy until 4–5 a.m., you’re faced with a choice of either leaving your door open to the communal area to stay cool or closing it and being kept awake by the heat. This setup might work if you plan to stay out late every night or visit during the cooler months, but not otherwise. Cleanliness was another issue. The communal areas weren’t well maintained, and even our room had hair on the floor and pillows from previous guests. The bathroom has a clear glass window facing taller buildings nearby, making it easy to be seen while using the toilet or shower. The metal parts of the shower — the pipes, tap, hose, and showerhead — were electrified to the touch. It wasn’t enough to be dangerous, but it did deliver an uncomfortable shock whenever touched.

Located in a very cool neighborhood, close to great restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. The place was beautifully clean and modern furnishings and the host was very nice. Not a complaint, but note this is a 3-bed apartment, not a hostel, and would be ideal for a group or family.

The bedroom was a bit hot if you shut the door as the air conditioning is located in the main living room.

Russafa é um bairro excelente, muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metrô, academias, supermercados e ao Mercado Municipal. A região oferece ótima infraestrutura e as acomodações são nota 10.

La falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones; la casa se encuentra en una zona muy concurrida por la noche, por lo que, al no poder dejar la ventana abierta, algo que permita la circulación del aire en las habitaciones no estaría nada mal. Además, la limpieza, en algunos puntos (debajo de la cama, mesitas de noche), no es del todo satisfactoria

La posizione estremamente bella e centrale, la pulizia impeccabile della struttura

- l’appartamento ma non so se per sfortuna è risultato molto rumoroso, il venerdì sera vi era una coda per l’ingresso ad una discoteca proprio sotto al balcone delle due stanze da letto doppie - la stanza era descritta in maniera errata, non era di 19 ma ma di 7 a malapena era molto piccola e con poche prese probabilmente avrebbe più senso renderla una singola che una doppia in cui si fatica a camminare attorno al letto - l’aria condizionata è ubicata solo nella zona giorno pertanto per poterne usufruire all’interno delle stanze è necessarie che quest’ultima abbiano la porta aperta che in un alloggio condiviso con sconosciuti non mi sembra una situazione consona - onestamente il bagno è sì pulito come ho indicato nei punti positivi ma non è idoneo per dimensioni e tipologia a soddisfare 5 persone contemporaneamente.
