About this apartment rental

Nice apartment in the city centre of Valencia, Situated in the second floor, without elevador, in one of the most typical neighbourhoods of the city (called Ruzafa). In the neighbourhood there are old stores combined with fashionable bussiness (restaurants, pubs, shops...).
Close to metro and bus stops and near the central station from wich you could move to other touristical places.
With a good position: 15 minutes walking from the historical centre, 10 minutes walking from the comercial centre and less than 5 minutes to a traditional food market.

We stayed for a month in this historic apartment in Russafa. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood market, nearby playground and many cafes in the neighborhood. Public transit was easy to access and plentiful. Be sure to rent this place for your stay in Valencia.

Alberto made the check-in and stay very easy. The flat was cozy, with a wonderful view of the surrounding buildings and terraces from the living room window. Close to everything, in a vibrant neighborhood. A lot to like about the place, and plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, etc. to support a long stay. Must note, though, the neighborhood is very noisy at night, even on this small side street. Could also hear neighbors through the walls (late night antics). This is a charming old building and space, but that means that things are just a bit well-worn, and the sewer/water system does emit a strong odor. Quite good value, though, in this increasingly pricey city.

The location of this apartment is so convenient--walking distance to both train stations as well as the center of Valencia. The host met us right on time and showed us everything we needed to know, and the apartment itself was just perfect. Nice and clean and spacious and with everything a family would need. Great lively neighborhood too!

This was the best apartment we have stayed in in Spain. The local area is full of life and the apartment is charming. Alberto met us and told us all we needed to know on checking in. The apartment was well equipped and it was a simple walk into central Valencia. Be warned the steps are quite steep but otherwise we would thoroughly recommend this apartment

We enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking anywhere is easy and enjoyable. The owners were helpful and welcoming. We were very happy with our choice to rent this apartment. Would return today if I could.

Amazing house located in a neighborhood full of places to eat tapas and have a beer, and close to the old town (only 10 min by walking). The house is equipped with everything you need (towels, dishes, even a hair dryer with diffuser), and the owner Alberto is very kind. A great choice for visiting Valencia!

El piso, esta ubicado en el corazon de Ruzafa, pero en una calle tranquila. Todo queda a un paso, la oferta gastonomica es increible. Tambien los servicios, desde las estaciones del Valenbici y autobus. El autobus 2 y 19 te dejaran en la playa en 1/2 hora. Alberto, es muy amable y siempre ayuda con todas las preguntas o dudas. Verdaderamente un caballero español!

Well equipped apartment in the heart of Ruzafa area. Great communication from the owners made the experience very pleasant and easy. Maria was there to welcome us and fully explained all we needed to know. Also enjoyed the city of Valencia.

We enjoyed valencia very much & managed to visit many of the cultural venues. We mostly found it easy to walk every where but lots of transport options if you are Unable to walk easily

"We have spent a wonderful week in Valencia. The apartment is just as described, bus station is very near and also the metro station is within 5 minutes walking distance. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby and at the Russafa market you can find everything you need. We felt really at home. Thank you for everything Alberto!"

"The flat was great for a family and very well situated. We walked just about everywhere - 15 mins to the historic centre, 20 mins to the City of Science. It is extremely practical having a wonderful (even mouth-watering) covered market at the end of the street and a couple of supermarkets 5 mins away! And don''t miss "El Mercat" on the same street for a tapas stop!"

"We rented the apartment for four people. Apartment was clean and nice and everything went predictably. The apartment is situated in good place near the city centre, but still the street where apartment is, is small and peaceful although in the mornings there could come some traffic noise. There is a nice covered market in very near and grocery stores in walking distance. There is a good opportunity to use buses, metro and train nearby. Only problem in the flat were that you can hear noises from elsewhere of the apartment to bedroom because there is only a curtain between bedroom and entrance. The owners of residence are very nice and hospitably. The price-quality relation is good and I warmly recommend this apartment also for other renters! Vuokrasimme asunnon neljälle hengelle. Huoneisto oli siisti ja mukava ja kaikki meni odotusten mukaan. Asunto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustaa, mutta silti katu, jolla huoneisto sijaitsee, on pieni ja rauhallinen, lukuun ottamatta aamuisin toiseen makuuhuoneeseen kuuluvaa liikenteen melua. Ihan lähellä asuntoa on kauppahalli ja ruokakauppoja kävelymatkan päässä. Bussi-, metro- ja junayhteydet ovat myös lähellä. Ainoat ongelmat asunnossa olivat; se että makuuhuoneen oven paikalla oli verho, joka ei estä muualta asunnosta tulevaa melua ja se ettei talossa ole hissiä. Asunnon omistajat olivat ystävällisiä ja vieraanvaraisia. Hinta-laatusuhde asunnossa on hyvä ja voin lämpimästi suositella sitä myös muille!"

Beautiful apartment at a great location !

Very beautiful apartment which is a part of history. It was an honour to stay here. You have exposed bricks and wooden beams on the ceiling from 130 years ago. Also, there is an air conditioner. You will be thanking the stars or God every time you come into the apartment, turn it on and cool down. Check-in and -out: Alberto is lovely and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and fluent. He also answers pretty quickly on WhatsApp. What is available in the apartment: - Kitchen has plates, pans, and utensils. There is a fridge, a microwave and an oven. You can use the coffee machine, the water boiler and the toaster. - There is also a hairdryer. - Alberto provides clean towels which is awesome because our towels got dirty at the beach. - Luckily there is also a washing machine. Just bring a little powder with you or buy it from the supermarkets nearby. This cleaned the sand off our clothes and towels. Location: - The apartment is located in Rusafa, the hip outgoing neighbourhood in Valencia. - There are multiple (also vegan) restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Mercata Rusafa is also 2 minutes away where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Transportation: - It takes roughly 20 minutes with the direct metro connection from the airport to Xativa (next to Estacion Nord - train station). From there it is like a 7 minutes walk to the apartment. - If you like walking, you can also walk to the city centre, which will take around 30 minutes. We also walked slowly in the heat. - There is a direct bus connection to the beach, the museum of sciences, and the oceanography (the biggest aquarium in Europe). - Tram is also located around 5 minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops are everywhere around town, so also around the apartment. Also.. Metro transportation is free for everyone on Sundays so that is awesome! What to see and do: Just go to the tourist information desk (Google "Oficina Turisme València") and they will also give you information and a free map of Valencia. You can buy the VLC tourist cards at the tourist information desks or directly at the airport which allows you to use all transportations (bus, metro, tram) for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. With these cards, you can also get a reduction on certain museum entrance tickets, restaurants, activities etc. The information is all available online at https://www.visitvalencia. com/nl/shop/valencia-tourist-card/valencia-tourist-card.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. En la zona hay todo tipo de comercios y está al lado del mercado de Ruzafa y Gran Vía. Muy flexibles en horario de entrada y salida lo cual se agradece y muy buena comunicación con el propietario que nos dio consejos para aparcar.

Le contexte nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous sommes retourné au Canada car l’Espagne fermait. Nous avons consacré 4 jours à trouver un nouveau vol et à nous rendre à Barcelone. Nous avons quité l’appartement 5 jours plus tôt. La propriété est conforme à la description. C’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Alberto est un excellent hôte.

Het appartement bevat alles je nodig hebt tijdens een verblijf in gezellig Russafa en Valencia. Als uitvalsbasis voor Russafa met z'n vele cafés, restaurantjes en terrassen zeer geschikt, maar ook op loopafstand van het centrum (ong. 15 minuten lopen). Dus mocht je een stedentrip naar Valencia willen plannen, dan kunnen we dit appartement zeker aanraden.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefühlt. Sie liegt im Stadtviertel Ruzafa, wo eine Markthalle mit frischem Produkte ist, viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Es liegt nicht weit weg vom Nordbahnhof oder von den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man kann das historische Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns auch verschiedene Sachen empfohlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Wir würden diese Wohnung für den Urlaub in Valencia wieder mieten.
