Excelent place

Very clean, silent room, smart tv in the room, Confortable bed, not soft. Kitchen can be shared by the guests and the host. Metro amistad close to the hostal, metro number 5 to and from the airport. 25 minutes walking distance to old town or palau des arts. Great breakfast served by julio, the host who is a marvelous person. I definitely recommend this place.

It's alright

Good room size, nice big TV, good size wardrobe, room and bathroom were clean. The host was very polite and friendly.

The ceiling light was cold and not cozy at all. There was a very dim little bedside lamp powered by three triple A batteries but 2 of them were missing so had to use the TV remote control ones to be able to turn it on only to find out it was way too dim anyway. The window roller blind didn't come down when I was operating the cord so had to open the window and pull it down manually. The room's white walls were completely bare making it very impersonal and could really benefit from some basic decoration. Nothing dramatic and most aforementioned points could easily be resolved or improved but for the price I paid I consider having the right to have that level of minimum expectation.

Calm and restful

Everything was fine. Quiet, clean and comfortable single room (not facing the street). Nice breakfast. Coffee machine in the room. Friendly, discreet and responsive hosts. Clear recommendation. Thank you.

The heater makes a strong red light which is a bit inconvenient at night. But I still slept very well The boiler in the shower ran out of hot water so I had to finish washing my hair with cold water. But these are minor details.

Old school guest house charm in a clean modern apartment

Excellent stay. Great location half way between the city and the beach. Seconds from the 32 bus that connects both. Julio was a charming host and made me feel very welcome. The room was fresh and clean. A great choose for Valencia especially if you are visiting to see the football as the stadium is a short walk away

We had a great stay. The location was convenient, situated within easy walking distance of both the city center and the beach. The breakfast provided was a satisfying start to our day, and the host was very welcoming and friendly, which made our experience all the more enjoyable.

The A/C was located in the common area, not in the room itself, so to keep the place cooler, we had to keep the doors open for an extended period with people moving around. Not a major issue, but it did impact the quality of the stay itself.

Recomand Agui House. Veți avea parte de o gazdă profesionistă centrată pe grija fața de turist si respectarea liniștii., Curățenia este punctul forte, micul dejun de asemenea pregătit cu grijă si destul de variat,cu multe opțiuni. Apartamentul este situat la etajul 1 și este partajat cu proprietarul și alți turiști . Valencia este specială și datorită gazdelor locale care sunt foarte respectoase, civilizate și curate. M-am simțit in siguranță la această proprietate. Patiserie foarte bună la mic dejun, prajituri senzaționale preparate de gazdă. Deasemenea platoul cu fructe proaspete in fiecare dimineață a fost bine venit. Sper să revin!

Julio oli tosi ystävällinen, sijainti oli hyvä shoppailukatujen ja rannan puolivälissä, aamupala oli hyvä ja saatavilla jo noin klo 7 eteenpäin. Sänky oli mukava ja netti toimi hyvin.

Äänieristys oli aika huono, itseäni se ei häirinnyt mutta jotakuta saattavat häiritä yläkerrasta/naapuritalosta kuuluvat äänet.

Breve weekend a Valencia

Struttura pulitissima e personale super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo riscontrato che la camera era in pò fredda e, alla richiesta di una stufetta, si sono subito attivati e me l'hanno fatta trovare davanti alla stanza! Tutta la casa era pulitissima e profumata! Colazione ok, molto basic ma con tutto! Top la macchinetta del caffè in camera ( le cialde le rifornivano ogni giorno).

L'unico consiglio che mi viene da dare è aggiungere una serratura alle camere, più che altro perché non sai mai chi viene ospitato insieme a te in struttura ( anche se sono solo due camere). Il bagno è molto piccolo e in comune, ma quello è una questione di adattamento! Per il resto tutto ok!

Es war soweit alles prima. Das mit dem getrennt liegendem Gemeinschaftsbad mag bestimmt nicht jeder und die Wand zum Nebenzimmer etwas hellhörig.

Muy buena recepción y comunicación, piso muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia completa y agradable. Además hay supermercados cerca para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesite, y está en una zona muy bien comunicada. Totalmente recomendable.

Tolle und preiswerte Ausgangsbasis zur Erkundung Valencias

Ich hatte für 4 Tage das Einzelzimmer gebucht, klein, ruhig, sehr sauber und etwas spartanisch, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und nicht zu weich und es gibt eine Jalousie zum verdunkeln des Zimmers. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel zwischen der Altstadt und den Stränden und vor allem sehr nah an der Metro (direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen) und dem 32- er Bus der sowohl in die Altstadt als auch zum Strand fährt. Die beiden Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und schickten mir am Ankunftstag sogar ein Video mit der genauen Wegbeschreibung von der Metro zum Quartier. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag super, immer mit einem großen Teller voll frischem Obst. Vielen lieben Dank an Julio noch einmal!

Ein Bild an der Wand wäre schön, aber das ist vielleicht Geschmacksache.

Estuve de viaje 18 días en Europa, me quedé en varios lugares pero este sin duda alguna FUE EL MEJOR de todos, la atención, instalaciones, mi habitación, la limpieza y el desayuno FUERON ESPECTACULARES, el desayuno fue muy rico y delicioso los dos días. Me atendieron de manera excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos minutos del Estadio de Mestalla, y con comercios al rededor. El vecindario es relativamente tranquilo. Las intalaciones, de maravilla.
