All the space is yours, it is an entire apartment, with no closed doors, or shared areas.
Beautiful entire apartment in Mestalla, with an excellent location to explore Valencia.
Very bright and quiet, overlooking a large interior garden.
75 square meters, 3 bedrooms, a fourth floor in a building with elevator with fast WiFi.
Main room with a double bed and 2 other rooms with only one bed each.
Large living room with 32-inch TV, a sofa and a table for 4 people.
Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, oven, fridge, toaster, DolceGusto coffee maker, microwave and washing machine. Excellent location to explore Valencia. This large apartment is right in the middle of the main attractions.

- City center: 10 minutes walking
- City of Arts and Sciences: 10 minutes walking
- Beach: 20 minutes by direct bus (number 2)
- Airport: 30 minutes by direct metro (line 5)
- AVE Station: 20 minutes by bus (lines 89/90). Great comfort in the immediate vicinity:

- Carrefour express only 20 meters away, open every day until 9.30 pm (Yes, including Sundays when everything else is closed)
- 24 hour pharmacy only 100 meters away
- Lots of bars and restaurants within 1 minute walk
- Gym just crossed the street.

The owners Veronica & Pancho were extremely helpful. Good communication before, during and after stay made things like check-in very easy as well as helpful information about places to eat and how to travel around the area. Location is great in terms of the nearest metro is only a five to ten minute walk away, but you are also walking distance to the parks and city itself. You also have local supermarkets, bakeries and cafes on the same street. Valencia is a beautiful city and this was a perfect base to explore from. Would recommend. Andy

Good location and price

This apartment is located east of the city centre but only a 15 minute walk to major attractions. Buses about every 5 minutes. About 15 minutes by bus to the port and beach. Apartment is well equipped with a large comfortable bed. There are 3 medrooms but the bathroom is very small so it's better for couples than groups. Price is reasonable and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Very good property with all you need. Only thing is very small bathroom shower which makes it difficult to bend over if you drop the soap. Host Veronica was great. Would stay there again

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y es muy silencioso porque es un contrafrente que da a una plaza interna bonita lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. A menos de cien metros hay transporte público de autobuses practicamente a todo Valencia. Buses Nª 90, 92, 89, 4 y 26. La atención de los inmobiliarios fue muy buena. Esta amoblado en forma austera pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Para nosotros el mayor inconveniente fue el baño que es muy pequeño, lo mismo que el ascensor de acceso al piso.

L’appartamento è in posizione molto comoda per il centro città e per la spiaggia, sia a piedi che in motorino. Accoglie senza problemi e comodamente 4 persone: le camere, così come soggiorno e cucina, sono spaziose, senza fronzoli ed arredate con gusto; fa eccezione il bagno, piccolo ma comunque pratico. Proprietari simpatici e disponibili, consiglio assolutamente se volete passare qualche giorno a Valencia o anche per periodi più lunghi, risponde a tutte le esigenze.

Es kommt regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen mehrfach hintereinander. Deshalb ist ein kochen in der kleinen Küchen kaum möglich. Einfache Küchenutensilien wie, Nudelsieb, Auflaufform, Sparschäler Salz- und Zuckerstreuer fehlten. Das Masterbett ist für zwei Erwachsene mit 140m breite zu klein und wird als "groß" beschrieben. Es kam bei dem Aufenthalt zu einem Wasserschaden, der Vermieter hat hier schnell reagiert. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein. Das Wlan ist nicht stabil. Leider ist keine Wechselbettwäsche vorhanden und kein Bügelbrett aber ein Bügeleisen. Es sind Putzutensilien vorhanden. Aber keine Teppiche. Wir hatten also reichlich Sand in den Betten:( Der Bus ist schnell zu erreichen die Fahrt dorthin dauert 20 min und kostet ab 6 Jahren, 1,50 Euro pro Person. Außerdem muss der Kondenzwasserbehälter der Klimaanlage manuell und zwei mal täglich gewechselt werden. Hierüber wurden wir nicht informiert, so das die Nachbarn sich beim Überlaufen des Wassers beschwerten. Wir haben den Vermieter über die Mängel informiert, darauf hin hat er den Kontakt abgebrochen. Die Vermieter sind sympatisch und bemüht aber einen weiteren Urlaub buchen wir in dieser Wohnung nicht.

Piso con todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda y grande. Cocina completamente equipada. WIFI. Prácticamente todos los muebles nuevos. Situado en una Avenida grande, con varios supermercados muy cerca, farmacia 24 en la acera de enfrente. Muy cerca de la zona verde de Valencia ideal para hacer deporte, pasear o hacer picnic. Cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias y del Oceanográfic. Por poner una pega, el baño algo pequeño. Encantados con el apartamento.
