Comfortable & cosy studio suitable for budget short stay.

The host allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier which was very handy and appreciated. Loved the drinks and snacks to help get us settled before we did our own grocery shopping. Great shower, hot water and heating available. Walking distance to metro and shops.

The larger non stick frying pan is scratched and should have been replaced. Kettle needed descaling so we did not use it. The main wardrobe/cupboard was used to store the host's equipment/ladder and empty boxes, etc so we could not use it to hang our clothes. We did have an open air shelf to hang clothes which was sufficient for our use, however would have preferred to be able to use the wardrobe. We struggled quite a bit with the TV remote, not sure if it was the battery needing replacing.

Nice place for a couple of nights

I loved the area and easy access to metro. The neighbourhood was lovely and the laundromat was very close which was very convenient. The host left some nice snacks for me to take 😋

The floor was very cold so could do with a rug next to the bed. Would have been nice to have another towel for my hair, also a towel rack to hang towels to dry.

Il posto era veramente strategico.Silenzioso la notte per dormire e di giorno molto tranquillo e soprattutto tutti i servizi basici metro ( una chicca perché in 20 minuti e forse meno eri in centro a goderti la città)mercati farmacie ecc a pochi minuti da casa.

Reunía todo lo q buscaba cómodo limpio y cerca del lugar donde iba. No está cerca del centro de Valencia pero en 20 minutos estás en el centro.

El apartamento está súper bien, es pequeño, pero muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, estuvimos muy cómodos, cerca había supermercado y una parada de metro, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, respondió muy rápido a nuestros mensajes.
