Flats Friends Nave is a building located in the heart of Valencia, next to the Jardines del Parterre and La Paz street. It is a small building with 6 apartments, so there is no crowding of people. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.
The apartment has all the amenities you are looking for in a hotel, like staff available every day or free wifi. At the same time, you can enjoy the city like a local thanks to the complete kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located.
Flats Friends Nave is a fully furnished apartment ready to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bed in the room, sofa bed in the living room, cotton sheets and towels, kitchen renovated in March 2018 and bathroom with shower.
When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan of Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini): la posizione è strategica, centrale e tranquilla, comoda per passeggiare in centro, raggiungere i mezzi e con supermercato e locali a portata di mano.
C'è tutto quello che serve ed è spazioso.
Alcuni piccoli lavori di manutenzione sarebbero opportuni, ma bulla di eclatante.
Il prezzo è contenuto.

In bagno ci sono le cerniere della doccia che sono molto arrugginite.
Il rubinetto della cucina schizza molto.
Consiglierei di mettere delle tovagliette da colazione.

Céntrico y bien comunicado, perfecto para conocer Valencia
Mejor atención al cliente. Tras solicitar el secador de pelo que me dijeron que habría,, no me facilitaron ninguno y eso me causó un gran trastorno.
