Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with one bedroom located in the center of Valencia, in the Carmen district. It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples in a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.
Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with a simple and cozy decoration. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room plus a double sofa bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a modern kitchen open to the living room with television and large bathroom with bathtub.
It is located on Valencia's Turia street, next to the Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.
IMPORTANT: Until mid-2026, there will be construction work on a new building next to Flats Friends Torres de Quart. Your stay may be affected by noise and dust from the construction.

We were with 2. Good bed. Plenty of space to store your clothes. Good shower. Good curtains against light and to keep the sun out.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement idéal pour faire le centre. L’appartement est à 5min du marché central. Il est propre et assez spacieux. L’accueil d’Emma est très chaleureux.
Je pense que la cuisine mérite un coup de jeune...il manque également à mon avis des plats car il y a un four mais aucun plat pour s’en servir....l’appartement est également équipé d’une machine à laver et d’un étendage. Ce dernière est un peu petit car il ne peut pas contenir l’ensemble d’une machine, même non pleine...l’appartement est aussi mal insonorisé, même si ça ne nous a pas dérangé....

Me ha gustado la decoraciòn y el gran espacio que tiene.
Hacìa mucho calor y el aire acondicionado estaba solo en la sala. Se podrìa poner un ventilador en el cuarto para poder dormir mejor. La televisiòn se veìa bien, pero los canales de futbol o deporte no estaban bien sintonizados. Làstima perder las partidas.
