Flats Friends Tetuán is a one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Valencia, on a street parallel to one of the main areas of the city, La Paz street. The apartment has amenities such as staff available 365 days or free wifi. At the same time, you can enjoy the city like a local thanks to the complete kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located. It is an ideal apartment for families in a 7-apartment building, so there are no crowds.
Flats Friends Tetuan combines modern decor with original beamed ceilings and exposed stone and brick walls. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room and a sofa bed in the living room, with cotton sheets and towels included in the price, an open kitchen with everything you need and a full bathroom.
When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!
The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Location, spacious, very polite and helpful hosts.
A little bit noisy, because the near Chinese restaurant and their service room and kitchen were just in front of our bedroom and the people who work there were speaking loudly late night and early in morning.

With 5 min walking distance from metro, Cathedral, and most of the historic city, this apartment is very well placed for a citytrip when coming by plane.
When we asked for additional pillow, this was fixed very fast.
