8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Spacious and well equipped. The location was good - easy walk to the beach and about 40 minutes walk from the old town etc. There is a great bakery just opposite the apartment and a small supermarket a few minutes walk away. We reported a problem with the lighting in the stairwell and the owner was very quick to respond.
The only small thing was the lack of surface space in the bedrooms. There is nowhere to put anything apart from the floor and not many clothes hangers.

Good layout, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Air conditioning was good.
As with most of Valencia we visited there is a smell of sewage around the drains in the streets, in the property this was only noticeable in the bathrooms, other than this it is a very nice property.

Ligging
