Good layout, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Air conditioning was good.
As with most of Valencia we visited there is a smell of sewage around the drains in the streets, in the property this was only noticeable in the bathrooms, other than this it is a very nice property.

La posizione è vicina ai mezzi di trasporto e alla spiaggia. Vicini bar ristoranti supermercati. Ottimo l’acqua potabile dal rubinetto

The bed is comfortable, the facilities are adequate. Two rooms, two bathrooms, two toilets. The location is perfect. The metro is a 5-minute walk away and the beach is 10 minutes away. The host responded almost immediately when we couldn't get in at first. If you just want to sleep there, like we did, then it's a very good choice in terms of price-value ratio.
You had to use the Akiles app to get in, which was new to me. I prefer the physical key solution. If I leave my phone behind and it breaks, gets wet, or runs out of power, I have no idea what I'm going to do. But I can't get in without it for sure. The street noise is quite loud in the mornings. I was with a friend, so it wasn't a problem. But don't go here with a fussy wife. :)

Las camas eran cómodas y las toallas eran gustosas
Había goteras en el baño, la persiana que cierra la cocina no se abría del todo por lo que no se podían abrir bien las puertas de los armarios superiores, en el techo de la sala había signos de humedad, las ventanas de la sala no se podían cerrar bien, el suelo no estaba limpio y había una lata debajo del sofá, había muchos pequeños insectos, no hay casi almacenaje en la cocina, los armarios de los dormitorios no tienen baldas, la cafetera era una cafetera/tetera
