Cockroaches, Feels like a basement/office

Summary: Cockroaches, Feels like a basement/office (can’t open windows - only to the construction site), Small second bedroom with a tiny bed (they advertise as for 2 people) - without heating and got very cold until the morning, Loud construction site in front of the building, They never refund a single Euro so think twice! I don’t recommend this accommodation at all! We didn’t like the apartment from the first enter. It all felt like entering into a store or an office (you can’t even open a window to get a fresh air as there’s just that facing a construction site in front of the building). It’s obviously remodeled stores or something. The equipment was new, nothing felt really worn off but that didn’t really overcome the feeling we had about the place. You can also pretty well hear the noisy construction site from the living room/kitchen until 6pm and then noise again at 8am. We only stayed one night of eight. After we killed a large cockroach in a bedroom and saw many of small ones running on the countertop in the kitchen, we didn’t want to stay any longer. Not to mention that the second bedroom comes with a small bed and is meant for two people (we were party of 6). This second bedroom didn’t come with a heating and it got cold until the morning even with other heating units on (December). I reached out to FLORIT and told them about cockroaches. They offered 2 options: Professional cleaning or move us to another unit. I refused both of them as we didn’t want the pest to be used while we’re there and we didn’t want to be moved to another unit since we knew it wouldn’t be any better. They didn’t offer anything else and strongly refused to refund anything even when I complained about the rest as well. We left anyway and rented an amazing apartment for the same money. I flushed €1.000 down the toilet. Think twice before you make a reservation here!

Had a pleasant stay, clean apartment, great location, friendly service

We stayed at Florit Flats for 4 nights as a family and really enjoyed it. Location was great, just a few minutes from the beach, with shops and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was good. The hosts were quick to reply and even let us check in early, which was really helpful as it was raining heavily on the day we arrived. We also booked a taxi transfer from the airport through them, which went smoothly, would definitely stay here again

Spacious apartment near the marina

The apartment is really nice and spacious, with a well equiped kitchen. The location is great- 20 minutes walk to the Scientific City and Oceanografico and also 20 minutes walk to the beach.

It was hard to maintain the cleaning beacuse the broom and mop had no stick. The beds are a bit small.

Nice clean apartment

The apartment was very clean and cool when we arrived. There are ACs in both rooms, there were clean sheets and towels. A water bottle in the fridge. The beach is 20min walk, the bus stop is 2 min walk and you can get around the city pretty easily with public transport. There are supermarkets nearby, and the apartment has a kitchen.

There were not enough tablets for the dishwasher and toilet paper for the stay. The apartment is on the ground floor, the street is not very busy, but you can hear the cars and people walking. And there was a renovation on the opposite side of the street, which is unrelated to the apartment, but still affected the stay a bit. The apartment opens with an app, so keep that in mind, and have your phone charged, and be mindful of checkout time.

Good apartment in a great location with all you need

Nicely furnished apartment with all needed materials you need to cook and have a relaxed stay. The manager was super helpful and we had a good time there.

As new regularities exist, most Airbnb's are now only built on the ground floor. While the milky glass still got you some light, it wasn't much, so there was no actual window in the apartment.

Recently renovated

On the ground floor in a commercial space. One bedroom is in the kitchen and has no privacy or a curtain to make the room dark in the night. The other room has no windows and no ventilation, so it becomes very suffocating. No soap at the toilet & air-con was leaking.

Perfect place for trip to Valencia for couples or family

Everything was perfect. Communication them was so nice and quick. If we had problem with anything the answer was there in a minute. Flat was clean, there were hangers for towels and wet clothes. Throughout our staying we didn’t miss anything. It was pleasure spending our trip to Valencia there

I was dripped information, instead of being given all the information at one time. Was like they didn't expect us to arrive - but we were arriving that was for sure.

I like Rituals products, but the shampoo was empty in bathroom. Also I did actually realise the flat opened directly onto the street, but it was ok for a few days and has it's benefits.

Valencia was beautiful and vibrant. The apartment had a good locatio, because it was away from all the noise of Las Fallas, but at the same time had good connection to it.

Having paid the asking price in booking .com I had to pay, in cash, 30 euros because we arrived on a sunday. I was additionally told I had to pay a 150 euro deposit in case of damages, also not advised when mak ing the non refundable payment in booking . The apartment is one of several which appear to have been made out of unwanted shop space and our apartment, I believe they are all similar ,had no windows.

Nice flat in a nice area

We wrote on what’s app about when we would arrive. There was a young guy waiting for us to give us the key. A nice apartment in a cool area. There is a lot of shops, restaurants and a walk of 15 min to the beach. And 8 min to the metro, remember to buy the Valencia tourist card you safe a lot of money when you travel by bus, metro, tram. And it is so easy

Would have loved if there was a balcony or a place where you could have get some sun, at the apartment so you don’t have to walk to the beach every time. But we got a lot of exercise 😁

nice and comfy

The appartment had everything an appartment needs. It was clean, big enough for 3 persons, and was the worth the money.

The only 3 things we didn't like were: 1. That we had to pay a €30 fee for arriving on a Sunday. 2. That the room had windows at the entrance but not in the back room - so there never was a draft of air which provided every room with fresh air. 3. Last but not least there were no HOOKS for hanging up the towels which was a minus considering we were at the beach every day and had 3 big towels that needed to be "hanged"

Exceptional

Everything was nice, the host was very helpful and understanding. The apartment itself is big, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment is clean. Kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine, also has everything needed to make your own meals, but there is also plenty of bars and restaurants close to the place, so you do not need to. Also close are bus stops and shops. The location is calm and quiet, at least during night.

The only thing the apartment was lacking were hooks or rails for the towels in the bathroom, although there is a rack for drying things in a room.

Miguel was always available when we needed something or had questions before our stay. Everything was uncomplicated. The apartment by itself was very nice.

The shower didnt work that well and more than one towel for each person would be nice for four nights.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was clean and bright. It all seemed brand new. The room looked just like the photos. Away from the business of the centre but near bus stops and metro stations so it was easy to get to the centre.

The doors and windows had a frosting on it that you could see someone passing by. It wasn’t bad just the first time I saw it, it startled me a bit.

Disappointing

It is not far away from the beach, approx 20 min by feet

No windows in the apartment. Apartment is directly at the street, feels a little like a cellar. No air flow in the back room. Construction work during the whole day, so also no possibility to get fresh air via the door. Because it leeds directly on the street. Landlord also did not mention that there are construction works during the whole time of spring, despite knowing it. 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay of four people, they are not willing to get some, when we ran out after 1 day. 'Buy it' on your own, which is not ok if you book a holiday of four days. Not very supportive
