No view, can't see out anyway. Will be better when the construction is finished on the building site a cross the street Really liked the location

Good location in Valencia - walking distance from metro Maritim and Valenbisi bicycles. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated, clean. Convenient grocery store with long opening hours (including weekend) 130 meters away. liked the app to open the apartment door and do the online check-in prior to arrival.
The apartment is on ground floor with doors/windows directly to the street (Carrer del Bello). There is a major construction site right across the strret which will take at least another year with noisy construction works starting at 8 a.m. on weekdays (luckily on weekends there is no work). The apartment has only one short glass wall so there is not much natural light (zero in the bedroom) and very limited natural ventilation options. We were a little unsure when manipulating the door lock.

Very easy to locate things around the apartment.
My only concern were the construction facing our apartment, they started very early and quite difficult with babies nap in the morning.

I like that the rooms were clean and we had a big bathroom, in the kitchen we had all the appliances that we needed.
we really did't liked the noise. You enter in the apartment directly from the street and is a construction site right in the front of the dorr. And starting frumo 8 in the morning is a lot of noise :(
