The location of the property is great, close to the city centre, the Arts and Sciences complex and to the beach.
The flat needs a bit of refurbishment, especially the bathroom. It smells badly.

Very good location, direct metro and tram connection to the airport and the main sights of the city. Grocery stores nearby, the beach is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms. The keyless, door code entry is very practical. After check-out, luggage can be stored in the building for free.
The apartment needs to be renovated, the floor and furniture are worn and incomplete. The bathroom was particularly smelly, and we found cockroaches in one of the rooms every night. We reported this to the owner company, we received feedback that they would look into it, but unfortunately nothing happened. There was no dishwashing sponge and liquid in the apartment - we had to buy these ourselves.

This was a clean place.
They have heating and it was great for our little one's comfort ... and the host was always one message away when we needed something.

It's just near the metro station and the beach is at 15 minutes of walking. There are some restaurants and stores around it. Omar is a nice person.
The apartment smelled terrible. It smelled like a sewer. The equipment is not of good quality and the terrace doors do not close. The shower was broken. The noise from the neighbors next door was very disturbing.
