Close to subway and easy to access.
Good beds.
Clean bathrooms.

Good kitchen.
Good shower.
Fan was not provided but it is mention in list. No response from owner when I requested for fan.
Ac was not working properly. We were feeling hot in the month of October.
No window or gallery for ventilation , it was very difficult to sleep.
It was not properly clean.
Digital door lock was also an issue.
No lift.

15 minutes walk to beach. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Lovely balcony.

Property was ok, we chose the location as we had limited time in Valencia and it was easy to get to from the motorway.
It is close to the city of Arts and science - about 20 min walk. There are plenty or bars and restaurants in the area.
Love the checking system . All on your phone .
Easy to get to the old town by bus or tram.
The apartment was ok, although needs a little of TLC.
The whole building seems to be holiday let. The people above us were very noisy and could hear them the walking up and down their apartment. They were partying all night - so not recommended if you want to have be rested and have an early morning .
