very good location for the beach. Bus stops are only few meters and you can go with them to the city center. restaurants and food shops also near.
Cold water would be good by the date of arrival, but this is only during summer period. batteries were not replaced in the remove controls (not a deal breaker issue)

Estaba un poco sucio. Realmente estuvimos un fin de semana para dormir y ducharnos. No utilizamos más de la casa. El apartamento estaba “bastante” bien.
