Great stay in beautiful city

Very spacious apartment, we could leave luggage there on arrival, so that was a big plus. Apartment is huge and only few minutes away from the beach and the tram stop is right there, one min away, as also market.

It could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher was not clean, and when we used it, the dishes did not come out clean either. Just a kind suggestion to please check and thoroughly clean the dishwasher. The apartment itself could also have been slightly cleaner, but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Although I filed a complaint with Booking to receive money, I'll tell you my story, because I don't want anyone else to suffer the same. I believe I was cheated, the owner refuses to cancel now, although when I showed him the reported problems he agreed with us. I mention that I also have pictures of the reported problems We were put in an unpleasant situation...of walking with children on the streets in the hope of not being left on the roads, tired and without accommodation. This type of accommodation should be somehow controlled I was a buyer in good faith, but that does not mean that upon arriving at this property we had to accept..the smell of mold, the dirt, the cold in the rooms, holes in the walls, through which the cold penetrated, unsecured sockets - danger for children....The app doesn't allow me to post more pictures describing the mess, sofas, tables - the ventilation grilles covered in dampness. The list goes on, stay away from this location if you care about your health, I couldn't last more than an hour inside.

Comfortable space and convenient location, would highly recommend.

The space was comfortable for a big group. Good air flow through the apartment. The host was available to answer questions. Location was good, near tram and buses, local cafes, restaurants and the beach. Facilities were good for self-catering, while some items were worn.

The fridge froze food, was unable to change the temperature. The shower took a long time to heat up and had to be hand held. Unable to work the air conditioning. My personal phone network did not work well in the area, so to access the front door I was reliant on others.

Could be nice in summer with large groups, but overall, not a comfortable stay

Owner was quick to respond and left clear and direction. Especially after booking very last minute

It was just odd. The motion sensor lights are awful. The bathrooms having open space. A giant hole in one room. Especially was not a fan of the key being left in the door for us to get in. Overall, did not feel safe or comfortable.

Muy mala atención por parte del dueño , nos dejó esperando 5 horas para poder entrar al apto

Llegamos el día que no había luz en españa pero en la mañana ese mismo día se había confirmado que íbamos a llegar al apto entre 5 y 6 pm , y estuvimos desde las 4 pm hasta las 9 pm esperando a que nos abrieran y solo hasta esa hora después de también dar una vuelta en carro por toda la ciudad para intentar tener algo de señal y hablarle a las personas del apto , a lo cual nos dicen que allá si había una persona esperándonos , que siguiéramos tocando y después de confirmar que ya hemos tocado por más de 4 horas , se acerca alguien más y nos abre , sube al 4 piso , y efectivamente estaba el dueño quien nos tenía que abrir y supuestamente estaba pendiente , el cual con una actitud mala dice que es culpa del apagón , cuando estuvimos más de 4 horas esperando y tocando y no les importó, ni jamás estuvieron pendiente

Byliśmy zadowoleni

Bardzo przestronny obiekt. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dość czysto jak na apartament na wynajem.

Największym minusem był brak elektrycznego czajnika, a przynajmniej nam nie udało się go znaleźć. Przydałaby się również nowa suszarka do włosów ale są to małe mankamenty, które nie uprzykrzały nam jakoś bardzo pobytu.

Świetny pobyt rodzinny. Wszyscy zadowoleni. Duże mieszkanie.

Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów na cały pobyt w niskiej cenie. Można było zwiedzać miasto rowerem, co było dodatkową atrakcją. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Przyjechaliśmy kilka godzin wcześniej, właściciel udostępnił bez problemu apartament. To było bardzo miłe zaskoczenie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu. Blisko morza i środków publicznego transportu.

Buena relacion calidad precio

Apartamento suuuper amplio. Ideal para grupo como nosotros. La ubicación es muy buena. En el Cabanyal, junto a la Playa de la Malvarrosa. Fácil aparcar y lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado a 15´ en bus del centro.
