Great flat in a quiet neighborhood, great for families

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean. The hosts were amazing and accommodated all our needs. They even helped us carry our bags, truly superstars!!! Big kudos to Ilia !!! The neighborhood is really quiet and well located. You're 15 mins by bus from central Valencia and 30 mins from the beach. The subway is not too far walking as well.

Nice for a short stay

Really nice and modern apartment. The location is ok. There was also a baby chair available that is really nice if you travel with a baby.

You can hear everything from the neighbours, the noise is quite awful. Also the beds weren’t really super comfortable. The host were really helful all the time during the booking, but they did not like my review and wrote my to my personal phone number to edit it in exchange of some money... not nice

Superb

The host was very kind and available: he gave us a lot of suggestions for what to do and where to go in the city. The house was big, clean, all the beds very comfortable and the terrace very nice. We had really a great time. The house is just 20 min away from the centre and well linked also to the beach and the station through the public transport.

Mostly we love just the apartment. Apartment was perfect in really good location with nice facilities. There was clean and really cozy. Check in is super easy and landlord was every time so helpful.

The livingroom/kitchen does not have ac but if you leave the door open in the dormitories it's good enough.also the watter heater has a problem and goes offten into error mode, it has a button for reset.

Everything was as described: it's clean, modern and conveniently located - walking distance to the downtown and metro is nearby. The host let us stay a bit longer, as we had a late flight. We will definitely come back again!

The apartment is very central, near a minimarket that is open until 2 am. It had everything we needed. Also shampoo was provided. The terrace is very relaxing.

The only problem we had was the hairdryer. It doesn't work properly. The air is only cold.

Well located. Well-equipped apartment. It had everything you need to stay comfortably in Valencia.

It was very easy to get to the apartment. It was central and very accessible via the metro. Since we were arriving in Valencia with a car, we needed a place to park. A public parking space was near the apartment. The host was also very helpful. She was available when we needed anything. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen utensils. We had everything that we needed to stay comfortable during our stay. At the same time, the area is near bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It had a local vibe, so it was a great way to see the less touristic part of the city. We particularly loved that the apartment was dog friendly. The area had a nearby dog park.

I believe the walls of the apartment were thin. You could hear the neighbors around the building. But this is common in Spain. The bed was beside the wall, and I could hear the television from the other side. If you're a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. It didn't bother us that much. We slept well.

Great apartment, well located

It was nice and bright and quite well equipped. The host Ilya was friendly and responded quickly to queries. Fantastic shower!

Due to hot season, cockroaches were seen in the entrance hallway of the building and also on first floor landing. A seasonal problem in Valencia. Host (Ilya) responded promptly. The photo of the patio in the advert was misleading. The actual balcony on first floor was very narrow. Quality of linen was worn and we were provided with 2 single quilt covers as top sheets for a double bed.

Great apartment, very comfortable, and easy. Nice shower, lovely court yard. Good to sit and work from also. Location - it's in a no frills, ordinary part of the city don't expect hipsters and coffee shops. It's a regular, unspectacular neighborhood for locals, which was perfect for my needs.

Exceptional

The appartment had all that was needed so you could have some of the meals in. There is also a terrace. For us the 2 sleeping areas were perfect, they were actually 2 separate bedrooms, very good for a family with kids, our case. The living room was also separate so the kids could watch tv in the morning without disturbing.

Do not expect big spaces. The apparment is just for you to have a cosy place where to retreat after a good walking/ visiting day in the city. The only disadvantage I found is that you have no window pointing to an open space, they all give to the terrace, that is in the interior area of the building. In this way you don't really have sunlight during morning so you don't know how the weather is outside. :)

The place was very nice and clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. The flat is located near the center of the city and is easily reachable with the metro from the airport.
