The flat is very large and comfortable, conveniently located close to the underground station and bus stop – we had no trouble getting to all other parts of the city from there. The neighborhood has everything you need – grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, a pharmacy; and it seems safe.
The mattress on the bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa in the kitchen – my daughter slept on it even without unfolding and slept well too; despite the proximity of the street, the noise did not bother us at all, also thanks to the good external blinds, which provided very good protection.
As for appliances, the kitchen is well equipped (microwave, kettle, dishwasher, tableware), as is the bathroom (very good hairdryer!). The host also provided basic products such as salt, sugar, tea, as well as hygiene products and washing machine detergent, which is not that common.
There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom; a little less in the kitchen – in my opinion, a cupboard or even a plastic side cabinet on wheels would be useful there, so that you can easily put away your own things or groceries.
There was nothing we didn't like. But to make it absolutely perfect, I would appreciate a kitchen cloth/tablecloth, and 1-2 additional hangers in the bathroom, to hang clothes while taking a shower.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean. The hosts were amazing and accommodated all our needs. They even helped us carry our bags, truly superstars!!! Big kudos to Ilia !!! The neighborhood is really quiet and well located. You're 15 mins by bus from central Valencia and 30 mins from the beach. The subway is not too far walking as well.

Really nice and modern apartment. The location is ok. There was also a baby chair available that is really nice if you travel with a baby.
You can hear everything from the neighbours, the noise is quite awful. Also the beds weren’t really super comfortable.
The host were really helful all the time during the booking, but they did not like my review and wrote my to my personal phone number to edit it in exchange of some money... not nice
