Really nice place

Our host replied to us fast and even managed to get our apartment ready before the official check-in time. The apartment is huge, clean, and all the rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and dishes someone might need. The washing machine works great. There are couple of bigger grocery stores nearby.

For some reason the coffee machine didn't work when we tried it, but our host could start it without a problem after we left. The oven is a bit old and its door is a bit hard to close. The view isn't the best from the apartment, but it didn't bother us at all.

Even though we arrived late, José greeted us without any complaints, without any extra charge, and with laundry detergent ready. The apartment is about a 13-minute taxi ride from the center of Valencia. This time we traveled by rental car, so the private underground parking lot has a remote entrance, good security, and the elevator is accessible, so it's no problem even with luggage. I would like to use their services again next time.

Comfortable stay

Spacious appartment, very comfortablr beds, had all the facilities for a long stay. Also had secure parking in the building. Close to bus #27 route to town.

Good stay in Valencia

The apartment is big, clean, and close to public transport.

There are 3 bedrooms but the owner told us to use only 2 bedrooms. The beds creak a lot at each turn or movement. Also, the owner requests check out at 10 a.m. absolutely no later, which I think is early.

El trato recibido por parte de la persona que nos enseñó el piso y nos entregó las llaves. Sobre el alojamiento es amplio, tanto las habitaciones como el salón, camas comódas, todo limpio y buena ubicación.

Lontana dal centro e i mezzi terminano alle 22. Struttura un po' vecchia. Magari un rotolo intero di carta igienica e non metà e letti un po' più comodi sarebbero stati graditi. Ma tutto sommato positiva l esperienza

Lo mejor la excelente y admirable disposición de José para la entrega del apartamento. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó muchísimo y terminamos llegando a las 3 de la madrugada y ahí estaba José muy atento esperándonos.

Escapade à Valence

Un appartement comme on les aime en Espagne, propre et fonctionnel où l'on se sent de suite comme chez soi. Il est même mieux que sur les photos. Tour fonctionnait bien. C'était calme. Plusieurs bus ( 10,9,27,99) à proximité pour se rendre un peu partout. Un supermarché Consum à 2 pas. Le parking en sous sol compris dans le prix. Des serviettes grandes et en grand nombre. La surface de l'appartement super même si pour deux nous n'avions pas besoin de tout cela.

Pas de sèche cheveux ni de grille pain et pas d'étagères dans les salles de bains pour poser ses affaires de toilettes. Le prix trop élevé pour le nettoyage 60E . Ce serait bien de faire un récapitulatif écrit sur ce que l'on peut trouver autour de l'appart ( restaus, magasins, bus etc) et de mettre à disposition un plan de Valence, du Métro et des bus car pour avoir tout cela il faut se rendre à l'office de Tourisme au Centre. Ça éviterait les galères du premier jour

Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y con 2 baños, además la cocina estaba bien equipada incluso con sal y aceite y para coger un autobús pillado cerca y por último dar las gracias a Bea que siempre nos estuvo ayudando.

Es muy luminoso con buenas vistas. Tiene de todo, está bien equipado.

Los muebles no casan en los espacios ( el cabecero no cabe en la pared, las camas estorban para abrir las puertas..), algunos estan en mal estado y el sofá se hunde. La maneta de la puerta de entrada está rota.
