Nice place!

I liked that there was a lot of space. It’s great for one or two people. The kitchen was well equipped so I could cook breakfast. There’s also a bakery at the end of the street which is great and a supermarket 3 minutes away. Also, the Turia park is 10’ away walking so I could go running and the metro station in 7’ away.

It’s a bit dark. The only windows are the entrence ones. If you’re there to visit and spend most of your time out then that’s ok.

I would not stay in this location. Lack of good food and the unit was hard to find and damp.

There was black mold growing on the mattress (under the pillow area of the bed) and ants in the bathroom. We purchased a spray to get rid of the ants. Both of us were sick with a sore throat and cold like symptoms which most likely came from the black mold. I would NEVER stay here again. The directions to the unit were very unclear. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and there were few resturants (primarily pizza and Kebabs or Donar) and low quality food in the area.

It is small but nicely presented - area only ok

The location was very difficult to find The house number 6 does not appear anywhere on the street and Google maps doesn’t always return the correct name of street number- but rather nearby street carrer rather than Calle. Also, when asked for nearest metro was told check Google maps - should always provide this as standard

En líneas generales bien, es un apartamento solo para pasar la noche por lo pequeño

El colchón era grande pero muy duro, nada cómodo, las almohadas de la cama extra desgastadas, entran las cucarachas de la calle porque queda un espacio muy grande debajo de la puerta de entrada. La puerta no cerraba y nunca nos dieron una solución, por teléfono no te atienden solo whatsaap y la comunicación no es fluida

Podrían poner un juego de sábanas para poder utilizar el sofá-cama, pero quizás fue falta mía no haberlo pedido, ya que se iba a utilizar el sofá -cama.

Het bed en de bank waren erg comfortabel. Wij waren met z'n tweeën, waardoor we voldoende ruimte hadden. Wij kunnen ons voorstellen dat het voor vier personen te klein gaat zijn. Het appartement is redelijk smal, waardoor wij was aanpassingen moesten doen om onze koffers te kunnen openen.

De communicatie met de eigenaars was niet top. We hadden de eerste dag dat de stroom meerdere malen uitviel, waardoor we ook geen airco hadden (was 35° buiten). Dit hebben wij gezegd en wij kregen hier geen antwoordt op, behalve dat wij bij weggaan een fysieke sleutel moesten meenemen, welke wij niet hadden. Uiteindelijk hebben wij hier niks meer over vernomen en zijn wij maar uit de deur gegaan, hopend dat we er in de avond weer in konden. Verder miste wij de basisspullen. We kregen één handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten. Er waren geen kruiden, geen vaatwastabletten, geen handzeep en geen wasmiddel, terwijl er wordt geadverteerd dat we niks moeten meenemen, behalve een tandenborstel (bij wijs van spreken). Goed om te weten: er zijn geen ramen in het appartement, waardoor je het ook niet echt kan luchten, en het is redelijk gehorig aangezien de deur niet helemaal goed lijkt aan te sluiten waardoor er een kiertje onstaat tussen de deur en de vloer.

O isolamento sonoro não é muito bom mas a zona é relativamente sossegada Entra luz pela porta (apesar de ter cortina), talvez pensar em colocar um blackout

Gute Lage

Geräumige FeWo, Lage und Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut, schönes Viertel. Etwas mehr Klopapier und frische Handtücher für 8 Tage wäre gut gewesen - Beleuchtung könnte besser sein und zwei Steckdosen am Bett. Der Vorraum ist nicht adäquat beschrieben! Es ist keine Terrasse!
