The PR27 apartment consists of 1 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a large shower. Flat screen TV with Google TV and 600 fiber WIFI is provided. It has two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
PR27 has an area of approximately 80m and 50 of terrace. The Apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the street and is distributed in an entrance with a 140 by 200 sofa bed, a master bedroom with a 150 by 190 double bed, a living room and a dining room with a 140 by 200 sofa bed, bathroom and separate kitchen.
The 50-meter outdoor terrace has a Moroccan-style table and chairs for lunch or dinner and garden furniture next to a small refreshing 2 x 2.5 pool. Throughout the day there is a sunny and shady area depending on the time that makes it possible to use it at any time.
THE ACCOMMODATION IS ADAPTED FOR THE DISABLED, COMPLYING WITH ACCESS AND REGULATORY MEASURES.

A great practical and stylish appartment with nice atmosphere, to get a taste of Valencia. Situated in Ruzafa lively quarter with restaurants, lunchroom, supermarket, little shops and bike rental services to choose from just around the corner. Bike lanes connect you to the city centre (10 minutes by foot), the beach (30 minutes by bike) or the park (former river bed).
Enjoy your coffee or whine on the enclosed shadowed terrace or cool down in the pool/tub.
The host Antonio is most kind and helpful and alert in his communication.
The only minor annoyance was the (distant) rumour until 3 AM from the nightlife on Friday and Saturday night, probably from the pub one house down the road. Didn't keep me awake though.
