Arnaque Totale

It's not worth the price. The price is 3 times higher taking the property into consideration. There's not even a single nail or wardrobe to hang your clothes. You have to put everything on the floor and the door handles. No clips or even a cheap nail to hang the towel or your own clothes in the bathroom. You need to put your belongings on the toilet seat. My YouTube friends have published a video on the property. You must be joking 246€ for a night in a shitty room for 4.

Apartamento novo, bem equipado e localizado, no térreo de um prédio pequeno.

Apartamento amplo, muito limpo e bons equipamentos, fiel as descrições do site. Localização muito boa com muitas opções de refeições próximas.

Como fica no 1 andar, só tem o incômodo de ser um pouco barulhento, pela movimentação dos carros e também das pessoas que passam pela calçada.

Changement à la dernière minute de logement et le surplus annoncé pour les chien 🐕 reviens au prix de la location 100 euros pour 2 Yorkshire Je trouve abusif le montant pour une nuit et en plus pour trouver le nouveau logement c était un jeu de piste

Panta baja, vista de un banco que a la noche se ponen varios borrachos, avia alguna cuca por el piso, i llegue solo 10 minutos antes del checking i faltaba barer i fregar i el microndas complicado de usar a cojenes tube de usar la cacerola para acalentar la leche al final

El apartamento está reformado con todo nuevo y limpio.

La entrada desde el portal hasta la vivienda que es un bajo estaba toda llena de cosas de obra, cucarachas.. Las cucarachas de vez en cuando se cuelan en el apartamento. Las sábanas con manchas y alguna rota. Tuvimos que escribir al propietario porque no nos habían dejado sábanas para el sofá-cama y éramos 5 personas.

Distribución tipo loft y el café. Con lo justo para una estancia corta.

Faltan cortinas porque al ser un bajo que da a la calle no se pueden subir las persianas por intimidad. Alguna percha para las toallas y el papel higiénico. Cualquier cosa que ocurra en la calle se escucha al ser un bajo mal insonorizado. Recién reformado pero de bajo coste. Éramos 5 y el sofá no es sofá cama, ni hay salabas para el 5. Ni 5 sillas.

Limpieza. - Cápsulas de café.

El barrio tiene muy mala fama, se escuchaba a gente gritar y pelearse. - No había wifi, aunque en el alojamiento decían que si. Contactamos con el dueño y tanto la red como la clave no existían, se lo comentamos y dijo que la compañía no le respondía, al menos se interesó en intentar resolverlo. - La televisión no tenía antena. - Es un alojamiento para 5, pero solo había 4 sillas. - Microondas no funcionaba. - Telefonillo estropeado, suelto (había obras fuera y dentro del edificio). - Las primeras fotos hacen parecer que las camas están separadas, pero están en la misma habitación. Además, no se corresponden tampoco con lo que ahora hay.

Estudio cuco y recién reformado, nos gustó mucho, además el dueño nos trajo una botella de vino (muy rico por cierto), algo que nos hacía falta a esas horas.

Habría que pulir pequeños detalles de reforma, algo que con el tiempo se solucionará.
