Baby chair was not the best. Since the chairs are textile I think the baby chair they provide will tend to damage the textile in the longer run.

Spacious penthouse near the center

Spacious penthouse in a new building, very nice location, walkable distance from the center. Big rooms as well as balcony, comfortable swing. There is a huge supermarket right around the corner.

There is nowhere to put your toiletries while you're taking a shower, the water heater was sounding an alarm during the night, some of the towels were not so clean. You may put a small mirror in the bedroom.

Very bad. Do not stay in this place. Entire apartment suffers from severe smell of sewage.

It was almost unbearable to stay in the apartment because of the sewage. The lady who met us at the check in asked us to wait outside. It was clear that she entered prior to us to spray the apartment to cover the smell. When I asked her why the smell is so bad she said that it is only because the apartment wasn't ventilated for a few days and opened the windows. We could sleep at night because of the smell and all of us got headaches. We tried to minimize the stay in the apartment to only night hours for sleep. When I've complained the morning after their answer was that it is problem of the city. The apartment is a real hygienic disaster. I do not recommend anyone to stay there.

Disappointing...the apartment is not maintained properly..too many faults..

We rented 2 apartments for 6 friends ...to celebrate a "big" birthday" for one of the group..the apartments had lots of space...lovely decor...fantastic large roof terraces....perfect to hang out as a group. Great location walking distance to old town. Very pleasant staff did their best to fix problems but needed trained maintenance people for specialist problems.

1.Bathroom sink blocked and dirty first night. (Fixed the next day) 2.Stains on sheets on pullout bed. (changed the next morning)3. Boiler Alarm went off during the night 2 out of 3 nights(reported first morning ..told how to reset..happened again at 4.45a.m. on day of departure!!) 4.No hot water on final evening and on morning of departure (no information on how to reset boiler..suspect it needs to be serviced more regularly) 5. Patio door lock broken...very cold in this room for person sleeping in pull out bed Reported first morning but no maintenance person sent to fix it 6.Coffee machine not working ..reported first night,not replaced. 6.No indication of changing levels/ steps..on roof terrace..trip hazard 7.Only one key available on first night for one of the apartments no attempt to deliver another key during our stay Considering the cleaning fee problems 1 and 2 were unavoidable and unacceptable. Problem 3 could be avoided by more regular servicing of boiler....no notice to reassure that this was not a carbon monoxide danger Alarm...and steps to fix it would have been reassuring as I was sleeping in the pull out bed in this room and the alarm was continuous. No hot water in one of the apartments for 40%of the stay was a disaster.

Great stay in MD Pont de Fusta!

Very comfortable and clean apartment! Almost brand new! Great location! Very friendly staff! Supermarket in the building, swimming pool down the road! We stayed in lovely Valencia for a month and we felt it like home in this wonderful apartment! We loved it so much so we booked it again for the next year!

Alright

The property had an amazing big terrace with a view of the city. Additionally, the couch in living room was comfortable and very big.

Had to speak to the hosts on multiple occasions because of different issues we experienced in the apartment, in none of the situations were they very helpful although picking up the phone.

Looks nice but a lot of problems inside!

The location is ok and the apartment has almost everything

The apartment from outside looks like it has everything but then we started to find out something after the other has problems. There was water coming out of the bathroom ceiling and we had to go through two days calls and water in the house and all the apartment floor gets dirty ofc because of the water, the staff was really annoying after one hour wait or so they give us a number to call then they ask us to send pictures and videos and only after two days they fixed the problem after we had to be at the apartment a lot to receive the maintenance guy then wait for the upstairs neighbour to allow them in,, it was a nightmare really. Then you have another thing that there is a sensor for moving in the apartment and the one in the sleeping room is broke or just doesn’t work so when we go to sleep the electricity in the apartment including the AC switch off! So no phone charging if we are sleep or if you have something else connected to electricity forget about it. That not to mention the heat when the AC is off! Also they say you cant use more than one thing from the apartment equipment together (like no washing and dishwasher together) otherwise the electricity also switch off! So really it was a lot of things that will ruin the joy of a lovely apartment.

A bit difficult to work the air conditioning and reach a stable temperature. The car garage is extremely narrow and thus not recommended for bigger cars/suv - takes skill to get in and out of whithout a scrach😁

It’s a nice flat in a safe area.

It had enough beds and a fully equipped kitchen. It was close to the metro and grocery store. The host gave us hygiene kits for each guest.

The expense. The washer/dryer combo burnt my clothes. I was charged 30€ extra for my tiny dogs. There were dirty towels in the washer when we checked in.

Satisfying stay

Everything was as described, the location was really nice and short walking distance to old part of the city, there is available indoor parking for those who travels by car, the apartment is quite enough for big family as well.

Just okay, not great, and many hazards that add stress

The furniture, beds, and pillows were mostly comfortable but small as in all of Spain. If you have a pet and this is your only option you can be happy here. However, beware: It looks pretty in the photos and sunlight but the bright white lighting makes it look like a cheap prison cell at night. The floor to ceiling windows are a poor choice for insulation from temperature and noise. Firecrackers and concerts over a block away were a constant soundtrack. Bring ear plugs and melatonin. The car park was so small and poorly designed we wrecked our rental car trying to get it to the parking spot. It was confusing and impossible to get to, especially during Fallas closures. This was made even worse and more stressful by their check in deadline of 9pm. We were given only one door key for 2 people causing a constant hassle. We travel prepared with almost every sort of coffee. And yet, they managed to have the one machine we have never seen in a hotel or Airbnb in our 3 years of non stop travel. Nothing is worse than waking up after an exhausting road trip and wrecking your car on a garage wall to then having to wander the streets 5 blocks a way to find Nespresso pods because all the stores are closed on Sunday. It’s little touches like these that make or break you. The least they can do is provide 2-4 coffee pods to people arriving Saturday night. Especially considering the price. Too far of a walk from the center to be convenient for good restaurants, but next to lots of grocery stores if you want to cook.

Beautiful apartment in a not so great location

The apartment is well furnished and in excellent repair.

The location. Upon arrival we had to walk over a mile to find an open restaurant. The apartment is on a corner and the tram runs by. We did not sleep well due to the noise and ended up leaving a day early

Beautiful brand-new apartment with everything you need

The apartment was just perfect, the location was also good and quiet although you need to walk about 15 minutes to get to the city centre. The hosts were excellent, making the check-in and check-out smooth and easy.

The price was too high. We would definitely go back if the price was more affordable.

Fantasztikus hatalmas lakas kozel a belvaroshoz

A szallas egyszeruen gyonyoru, ahogy a kepeken is latszik, nagyon szinvonalasan, modernul es desginosan van berendezve, ket kulon haloszoba volt plusz egy nappali, igy nagyon kenyelmesen elfertunk (4 fo), szoval a lakas fantasztikus. Hely szerintem nagyon jo, a belvaros kb. 10-12 perces kenyelmes setaval elerheto, de a kozelben van etterem, bolt (Lidl, Mercadona), zoldseges es kozlekedesi minden formaja, mint pl. villamos a tengerpartra valamint buszok tomkelege. Kornyek biztonsagos, keso este sem volt gond setalni a kornyeken. A kulcsokat elobb megkaptuk mint a check-in, ami nagy segitseg volt, hogy nem kellett csomaggal setalni elso nap, egy holgy vart minket a lakasban, elmagyarazott mindent, nagyon kedves volt. Kiemelt idoszakban voltunk (dec 6) igy az ara igen borsos volt, de ahogy neztem minden szallas hasonloan emelt aron volt (kb. 3x a normal arnak)

Egyetlenegy negativum volt, megpedig, hogy eros csatornaszag volt a lakasban - bar ez ugy tunik, hogy Valencia sajatossaga, mert az utcan is lehetett erezni - de szerintem egy eros illatositval lehetett volna emliteni, amit meg is igertek, sajnos ez elmaradt - de emiatt nem pontozom le a lakast es a szallasadot.

Eine gute Unterkunft, deren Probleme durch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters bald gelöst wurden.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter - ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, hat sofort reagiert.

Leider gab es drei Probleme, eines konnte sofort gelöst werden: 1.) Die eigentlich uns zugewiesenen Apartments waren bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt. Der Vermieter hat uns allerdings sofort 2 Ersatz-Apartments angeboten. 2.) Leider funktionierte zunächst über mehrere Tage die Heizung nicht. Valencia war in diesem Winter ziemlich kalt, daher waren die Tage, bis die Heizung (Lüftungsfilter der Airconditionsanlage war verstopft und funktionslos) leider ungemütlich kalt im Apartment. 3.) Im Badezimmer funktionierte die Klospülung nicht, rann unentwegt. Durch die Feiertage konnte, nachdem der Vermieter es selbst nicht reparieren konnte, erst ein professioneller Techniker die Spülung reparieren, danach funktionierte alles anstandslos.

Los apartamentos cuentan con todo para una agradable estancia disfrutando la ciudad de Valencia. Destacaría la cercanía al centro de la ciudad y la insonorización de sus ventanales, pudiendo descansar sin problemas.

Para 2 personas está bien

La ubicación es un 10. El apartamento estaba limpio, es bonito y el personal amable.

El precio es de alojamiento de alto nivel sin serlo. La tostadora no funcionaba, la tapa del váter estaba rota y el WC no funciona bien. La ducha no tiene casi presión de agua caliente. En la cocina hay muy pocos cubiertos y utensilios, justísimo para 4 personas. La habitación no tiene ni una puerta que la separe del salón/cocina.

Lage ruhig, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Serranos Türmen, 5 Minuten zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Waschmaschine läuft perfekt und ruhig, Heizung/Kühlung funktioniert sehr gut, Betten waren fest (aber für mich 1,84 zu kurz)

Boiler sehr laut, Terrasse im 1 Stock im Innenhof - unbrauchbar, Küchenutensilien nicht vollständig, es gab nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel

Nuevo pero con aspectos mejorables

El apartamento está nuevo, bien decorado y limpio. Buena ubicación. En una zona tranquila y con supermercados cerca.

Apartamento pequeño, entre la habitación y el salón-cocina donde está el sofá-cama no hay puerta, lo que resulta poco íntimo. Muchos enchufes no funcionaban. Además dejaron muy pocas cosas para facilitarte la estancia si se trata de un apartamento. Entiendo que no sea algo imprescindible, pero se agradece que en un apartamento dejen gel y champú, papel higiénico, friegaplatos… para varios días. Friega platos no había. Papel higiénico 2 rollos solamente para 4 personas. Y gel solo un sobre por persona que no te daba ni para un baño. Son detalles, pero viendo el precio de la estancia, son cosas que creo que debería haber con el precio que pagas.

Хороший отель с полностью оборудованной кухней. Мы жили в двухкомнатном номере с балконом почти месяц. Для семьи с детьми отличный вариант. Есть лифт. Рядом супермаркет меркадона. До парка близко пешком. Администрация отеля помогала при вопросах. Есть стиралка. Убирались раз в неделю. Кровати и подушки удобные.

Отключение света. Слышимость. Заменила бы сковородку. Дорого.

Хороший отель. Но есть разница в номерах.

Отель в целом хороший. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Персонал помогал в решении вопросов. Рядом супермаркет меркадона. До парка пешком. Рядом остановки.

Еще на 11 дней продлили свое пребывание в отеле. На этот раз это был двухкомнатный номер ( 31) без балкона. Сильно не понравилась слышимость санузла и его запах. Дорого.

Defraudado por los problemas habidos

La cama y la iluminación muy buenas. El apartamento está muy nuevo también, pero le fallan los servicios y el precio (185 € noche). No había desayuno, ni limpieza, ni cambio de toallas, ni renovación del champú, del gel, etc.

Al ducharme el primer día se salió el agua por todo el baño y tuvimos que recogerla con una toalla y una fregona, porque el desague no estaba limpio y no tragaba, ni tampoco bien el del lavabo. Estuvimos 2 noches sin televisión porque no se podían sintonizar los canales. La red wifi del apartamento no funcionaba con la contraseña, y tuvimos que conectarla a otra. Falta personal y mayor atención a los huéspedes.

Grote douche en niet te ver van de stad

We hebben een anderhalf week met koud water gedoucht en als het wel warm was dan was het een heel zielig straaltje. De lift is een keer blijven steken duurde bijna 2 uur voordat er iemand kwam. Parkeergarage heb je niet veel aan tenzij je een mini hebt zo nauw dat het is en je betaalt er extra voor.

Locatie was erg goed bereikbaar supermarkten op loopafstand lekker ruim ook het appartement airco ook zeker een plus punt bij warm weer. En ook als er wat was kon ik altijd bellen
