Decend stay in Valencia

Around 15 minutes by walk to the one of the mai touristic attractions Oceanographic and Museum of science. Overall the property looks very good, with decent furniture and I think it was renovated recently. Also the space with some toys for the kids is a plus.

The level of noise is quite high especially on the night. Also when a bus cross the street, the walls were shacking as they are a plasterboard walls. Another very important minus were the uninvited “guests” ( mice or even rats) who were scratching the walls in the mid night so the sleep was not so good.

Amazing studio for 2 people

The studio was clean and quite spacious for 2 people. The shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The Location of the apartment was a 15 min walk from the aquarium,5 mins from the main metro line and had a bus stop 2 mins away. There was also multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 min walk. The room had a good working air-conditionier and heater.

In apartment 4 the TV was placed in an awkward place for the other person on the bed to see it.

Sometimes the shower would overflow into the bathroom under the shower door. Did not happen always but occasionally. Also when it rained a large puddle of water congregated outside the front door making it difficult to get in and out.

Overall, it was a great choice and it had a positive impact on our trip to Valencia.

The instructions were precise, detailed and we got short clips explaining everything. We had everything we needed, even detergent for the washing machine. The place was very clean. The location is within walkable distance from a lot of restaurants, supermarket, POIs, beach, bus stations, metro etc.

The entrance is straight from the street and it's pretty noisy, as you can hear everything from the outside. Also the shower cabin was leaking all over the place, so after every shower there was more water in the bathroom than in the cabin.

Could be improved

The apartment was clean and cozy. The location was good - just opposite of the bus stop and quite close to the city of Arts and Sciences. The taxi included from the airport was also great. Now to the improvements - the apartment smelled like sewage everywhere but in the bathroom. The owner came twice to try to fix the problem but it remained. He then offered us to switch apartments but since we were short with time, we decided to suck it up for the remaining two nights and stay put. Also, there were mice/rats in one of the walls.

Muy cómodo y como en casa!

El alojamiento era perfecto!! Alojamos con nuestro bebé y como es todo plano no tenía que preocuparme de escaleras. Todo lo que necesitas está en el apartamento. Muy limpio! Ubicado muy bien para llegar a todo muy fácil. 10/10 si me alojaría ahí otra vez con mi familia.

Lo único que no nos gustó era aparcamiento pero es lo que hay no es culpa del alojamiento es típico en un ciudad, si que pillamos parking en un subterráneo a 10 minutos más o menos que tampoco está mal.

Una buena opción para conocer Valencia en un fin de semana. Volveremos

Nos gustó la ubicación, la apertura del apartamento a través de app, que había casi todo lo necesario y todo prácticamente nuevo. Aunque no era fácil aparcar cerca, era todo zona blanca gratuita y pudimos aparcar sin problema.

La puerta corredera del baño se quedó atascada dentro de la pared el primer día y no pudimos sacarla por lo que utilizamos baño y ducha sin puerta. Al ir en familia no hubo problema. Hay 2 televisores pero no están con TDT por lo que no pudimos ver los canales normales. Seguramente se podía a través de la Smart TV pero no perdimos tiempo en mirarlo.Aconsejaria dejar instalada alguna app para ver la TDT. Y también nos hubiera gustado tener un mantel y servilletas aunque sean de papel. El primer desayuno no nos dimos cuenta y no teníamos. Luego ya compramos para el día siguiente

Più che un appartamento lo defirei sottoscala. Ingresso direttamente dal marciapiede tramite una portafinestra che è l'unica fonte di luce e aria. Se si apre il divano letto non ci si muove più. Persistente odore di fognatura.

Apartamento cómodo y moderno cerca del Oceanografic

Muy moderno, bonito, ordenado, limpio y completo. Buenos detalles como el kit de estropajo, secador, gel y champu etc. Toallas y ropa de cama muy limpas, cama y sofa cama cómodos. Se puede aparcar sin pagar por la zona. Bien comunicado y a pocos minutos del Oceamografic. Hay restaurantes y cafeterías cerca.

Siempre es un poco frío que no te reciba nadie, pero ahora ya es así en tantos sitios...en cualquier caso la comunicación es fluida. No me gusta que el móvil sea la llave, pues te obliga a vigilar la batería y si te pierde, roban, etc estás fastidiado. Al estar a pie de calle hay algo de ruido, aunque no es una calle especialmente transitada.

Nuevo, cómodo y limpio para alojarse pocas personas

Instalaciones nuevas, muy limpio, con y café para cuando llegas. Camas y sofa cama super cómodas. Barrio con todo lo necesario alrededor en cuanto a supermercados y demás compras necesarias.

Nada de espacio para guardar ropa y maletas. Nada para guardar neceser en el baño. Puerta con cerradura inteligente que se quedó bloqueada y que pese a escribir por whatsapp nunca contestaron. Teniamos dos apartamentos y gracias a eso pudimos encontrar un teléfono de contacto para llamar. Son locales hechos apartamentos, estás a pie de calle… poca intimidad. No son apartamentos realmente cómodos para más de dos personas.

Se salía el agua de la ducha bonito pero poco práctico , a la hora del checking era las 11:00 nos tocaron y nos dijeron de mala gana que ya teníamos que salir , a las 11:05 ya estábamos fuera , pero para entrar teníamos que entrar a las 3pm y para eso si nos enviaron el código para entrar a las 3:20min y esos 20min quien nos lo devuelve pero cuando fue al revés si nos querían sacar de mala gana , hay que saber decir las cosas igual ya estábamos listos si querían entrar y empezar podían estábamos echando la última típica revisada si se nos olvidaba algo que al final se nos olvidó un reloj pero que no se olviden cosas por qué no las devuelven

Tolles Apartment mit allem was man besucht und nicht weit zum Strand.

Im Apartment war alles nötige vorhanden was wir als 4 köpfige Familie gebraucht haben. Zum Strand war alles fußläufig sowie das Oceanographic. Taxi findet man überall und mit dem Bus kann man auch schnell zur Catedral de Valencia in die Stadt

Le logement est bien, sufffisant pour une famille. Le coin pour enfant est adorable Tout est fonctionnel mais la poussière s'accumule vite et qu'une seule fenêtre pour tout le logement

Il était prevu qu'un taxi viennent nous chercher à l'aéroport (service supposé inclut via booking) mais le racisme n est jamais venu. Je pense que booking n a pas fait le nécessaire pour organiser cela alors qu'il était inclus dans le prix du logement. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain Pour faire sécher le linge ce n'est pas simple car le logement n'a pas d'extérieur. 1 seule fenêtre pour le logement entier
