Too short, but a wonderful place.

Javier was wonderful to deal with. No problems checking in. And the location was wonderful. Across the street was not only the Mediterranean Sea, but also regular transit bus stops, and a hop on hop off bus stop. Just a short block away was some of the most amazing restaurants in Valencia. The apartment was huge, with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. And quiet, Just an amazing place to stay, as its location to local transit makes everything in the city easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

Was a full kitchen that we barely used, but didn't have dish soap so we could clean up after ourselves. We happily bought some for the next people to have,

Great location, good sized apartment. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good ice cream downstairs!

No AC in bedrooms (only fans) and AC in lounge made for very hot sleeping.

The location is perfect. Bus 95 and all the other buses pass in front of the property.

The Airconditioner is poor. In summer the sleeping rooms are really hot.

Great location. Beach, bars and restaurants all close by. Good transport links into Valencia. Host was very responsive when messaging with any questions.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms but there was in the living room/kitchen. Fans above the beds, but these weren't too effective with the heat.

Winter break

Great location, and stunning views from the roof terrace. Everything you need for a stay, kitchen well equipped. Room size, great, comfortable beds.

The kitchen cupboards, fine of you're 6 foot tall, I'm 5.2! Luckily my other half is tall so able to get glasses down etc. Broken picture in lounge. The bathroom shelving is very tired and broken, could do with some TLC. Air condition unit needs a service and a clean. The roof terrace needed cleaning, all chairs were covered in bird droppings, of which I had to clean before we could sit down. Sofa set missing cushions, needs some TLC before the summer guests arrive.

Exceptional

Great location and only a stone's throw from the beach. Facility wise, everything met our needs as we were mainly using the apartments to rest and sleep. The roof terrace is great if you have both apartments as it's a great social area.

The only downside was not realising we had booked two apartments within a single complex. The hosts contacted us immediately to explain why it had been advertised as a single apartment and it wasn't a problem at all I

Great location for a summer weekend with friends

The location is perfect close to the beach and with a great sea view on the rooftop. There are two bathrooms per flat (for 6 people) which is useful and the flats are well equiped and clean. It was very easy to get the keys

Location was great if you like to stay by the beach. The apartment was really clean, and it was great having two bathrooms in the apartment.

It would have been great if there was more toilet paper for 11 people. Also it was advertised as being one apartment for 11 people, but it was actually x2 separate apartments which wasn't what I thought I was booking. There also wasn't a heater in every bedroom which was quite surprising as it was quite cold when we were there.

No Air Conditioning in Bedrooms

Location is close to the beach.

The apartment does not match the description. There is NO air conditioning in the bedrooms, apartment clearly needs maintenance, kitchen appliances such as microwave, toaster, etc, are very old. Bedrooms were so hot that we slept in the living room floor with children.

Pas un appartement grand luxe mais très bien quand même et très lumineux

La grandeur de l'appartement. Sa luminosité et sa vue sur mer. Les deux salles de bain et les deux WC. Son emplacement.

Vétusté de certaines fenêtres (l'eau inondait la cuisine et l'une des chambres lors de la tempête). Aucun accès à la terrasse (appartement au 1er étage) alors que l'annonce laissait supposer le contraire.

Een ruim appartement met 2 badkamers. Zeer geschikt voor 6 personen. Wij verbleven in appartement 1, op de 1e verdieping. Er zou een dakterras aanwezig zijn maar bij aankomst hadden we daar geen toegang toe. Erg teleurstellend want we wilden daar graag borrelen, qwixx spelen en het uitzicht bij zee aanschouwen. @Booking.com, willen jullie de tekst bij deze accommodatie aanpassen? De accommodatie heeft hiermee niet aan de verwachtingen zoals beschreven op Booking.com voldaan. Valencia is prachtig! Wat een wereldstad!

Toegang tot dakterras krijgen. We krijgen wel uitleg over hoe het dakterras werkt en op basis van de tekst op Booking.com, waarin staat dat je toegang hebt tot het dakterras, dit was dus onjuiste informatie.

Amplitud. Cercanía playa y restauración. Servicio camas y camarera piso.

Humedades. Aire acondicionado (fisuras al exterior) ventanas baños con holgura +Insectos. Ducha tiene vida propia. Puertas mueble cocina muy sucios. Le faltan mucho mantenimiento para ser un luxury mejor quitarlo para no dar falsas esperanzas.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la playa y al puerto donde la zona de marcha. Dos baños completos que siempre se agradece cuando vas en grupo amplio. La azotea es un lujo.

Típico apartamento que le han dado un lavado de cara, con poca inversión de dinero. Habitaciones sin armarios, con un simple burro y cuatro perchas.

Расположение

1 кондиционер который расположен на кухне и очень громко работает что невозможно спать, а когда выключаешь его становится невыносимо, диван был сломан у изголовья, в комнатах жарко, в описании было написано что есть терраса, которой не было по итогу, мы переплатили просто за чужую террасу, на что обьект размещения написал чтоб мы довольствовались маленьким балконом в 1 из спален. На пуфике было огромное жирное пятно. Интернет работает ужасно, стол был липким и грязным, такой липкой грязи я еще не видел, нам было неприятно за ним сидеть, шумоизоляции не было так что мы слышали каждый шаг соседей сверху, душ работал плохо, за что я заплатил деньги я до сих пор не понимаю, отпуск был испорчен так как мне пришлось очень долго сидеть на линии с техподдержкой чтоб решить ситуацию. Никому никогда не рекомендую это место.

+Lokalizacja jest genialna! I to jest największa zaleta tego apartamentu. Dwa kroki od plaży z promenadą, na której jest mnóstwo restauracji. Pod Apartamentem również knajpy. +Spokój i cisza. Wieczorami i nad ranem prawie zero ludzi w tej okolicy. Dla nas to był plus. +Spora przestrzeń +2 łazienki +wygodne łóżka

- Obiekt na pewno nie jest luksusowy. To zdecydowanie za dużo powiedziane. To zwykły, prosty apartament, z podstawowym wyposażeniem. - Mam zastrzeżenia co do czystości. Niby ok, ale gdzie się nie schyliłam to był kurz. Tapeta niechlujnie przyklejona na ścianie. -TARAS! Zdecydowaliśmy się na ten apartament ze względu na taras. Jednak na żywo okazał się tak brudny i zaniedbany, że nawet z niego nie skorzystaliśmy. A szkoda, bo widoki piękne. Warto by było o niego zadbać
