Acspacious property right next to the beach and close to city centre transport links.
The nearest grocery shop is some 15min walk so plan a shop stop on your way back from Valencia sightseeing.

It was right beside the beach
Because it was so hot only air conditioning in dining room. Could do with more mobile fans for the bedrooms

Amplitud. Cercanía playa y restauración. Servicio camas y camarera piso.
Humedades. Aire acondicionado (fisuras al exterior) ventanas baños con holgura +Insectos. Ducha tiene vida propia. Puertas mueble cocina muy sucios. Le faltan mucho mantenimiento para ser un luxury mejor quitarlo para no dar falsas esperanzas.
