Everything is great, we could not wait for coming back. This is an absolute stay for you in Valencia!

The apartment is clean, quiet and really comfortable for a family stay. It is within walking distance to major attractions. The owner Tamara is very nice and friendly, helped us for everything: supermarket, restaurant recommendations and booking, and reply in seconds. We had wonderful stay here

Very convenient apartment

Spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable, ideal for a family. Close to shops, taverns, public transport - really good location, even if not directly in the centre. The transport gets you everywhere in and around the city. There's a station of Valenbisi just around the corner.

La ubicación muy buena, limpio y reformado recientemente. La terracita y los balcones al exterior, muy soleado. Dos baños muy útil cuando sois 4 personas

Tuvimos mala suerte con las obras que se oían mucho. Nos faltó una cama más para poder dormir 4 en camas, el sofá cama es por si hubiéramos sido 6. Las sábanas muy grandes respecto al edredón. Faltaría alguna percha más, mantas y toallas

Verder was het verblijf ideaal. Het zou nog perfecter zijn als we de fiets zouden kunnen parkeren ergens.

De ruimtes en faciliteiten.

Het contact. Het contact met Mario bij ontvangst was perfect. Maar de tuindeur kon niet op slot en een gootsteen was verstopt. Gelijk aangegeven en uiteindelijk konden ze pas de dag voor vertrek komen. Dit kwam ook doordat de communicatie slecht verliep via de mogelijkheden van contact. Alsof het steeds laat werd gelezen.

Un apartamento correcto cerca del centro.

Las camas son muy cómodas y el espacio en el apartamento es más que suficiente para 4 adultos. Está ubicado a unos 15-20 minutos andando de el centro de Valencia. Hay parkings cerca donde dejar el coche varios días. Tiene varios supermercados cerca y restaurantes.

El apartamento rezuma olor a cloacas por los desagües, te llegas a acostumbrar pero es un poco molesto al principio, la calle donde se encuentra el apartamento está actualmente en obras y entre semana a las 8 ya están haciendo mucho ruido que se oye desde las habitaciones. Tiene dos baños pero si una persona se está duchando, el agua no tiene presión para abrir la otra ducha o un grifo.

Es super bonito y esta muy limpio, bastante cómodo y elegante.

Uno de los estractores del baño hacia mucho pero muchisimo ruido, tanto que entrabamos en el baño a oscuras para no tener que escuchar el aparato.

Molto ben organizzati gli spazi per 3 persone, 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto un gran valore aggiunto. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto gradevole e pulito.

Essendo inverno il lieve odore di ristagno non ha dato nessun fastidio, purtroppo è un problema che anche in centro e’ frequente.

Muy espacioso y limpio. Todo muy nuevo Amabilidad del personal.

Me gustó todo, pero mejoraría con lamparitas de luces cálidas en la sala de estar y dormitorios. También se agradecería disponer de gel y champú. Las obras en el barrio son molestas, cuando las terminen el entorno será mucho más agradable.

En general, una muy buena estadía, los departamentos son hermosos y cómodos.

Nos encantaron los dos departamentos: muy modernos, bien decorados, silenciosos y con todo lo necesario. La cocina súper amplia, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 15 minutos del centro caminando, pero fácil y agradable para ir.

Lo único negativo fue que encontramos una cucaracha grande en el living 😬 (al mover el sillón había bastante polvo y hasta un pañuelo). En la ducha los dispensers de jabón estaban vacíos y los ventiladores del baño eran muy ruidosos. Llegamos a las 21 h y nos cobraban 30 € extra por el check-in fuera de horario (por suerte el anfitrión fue amable y solo pagamos 30 € por los dos departamentos). Estaría bueno que simplemente manden el código por teléfono y evitar ese costo.

Fantastisch voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het is een prettig en goed ingericht appartement en heel schoon. Hygiëne is voor mij altijd een belangrijk punt. Daarnaast kun je overal gemakkelijk komen, te voet of met de bus. Metro is ook een optie maar wij hebben een rittenkaart voor de bus gekocht bij een Tabaco winkeltje. Als we moe van het lopen waren pakte we de bus en die stopt praktisch voor de bus bij het appartement.

Geen punten die ik kan noemen.

La atención de Jorge fue excelente, nos indico que visitar, se tomó su tiempo para hacernos sentir como en casa. El apartamento es inmejorable, las camas super cómodas,los baños perfectos. La limpieza es inmejorable. Todo perfecto, repetiremos sin dudarlo en el mismo lugar.

La struttura è su strada e non è indicato da nessuna parte. Non è centrale ma a 15 minuti dal centro. Il tappeto all’ingresso consiglio di toglierlo perché non adeguatamente pulito. Aperta la porta della casa abbiamo sentito puzza di fogna. Aperto un armadietto della cucina e’ uscito uno scarafaggio.Bagno più piccolo con secchio per scarico caldaia pieno di acqua stagnante.

Dat we maar 1 raam hadden om open te maken, en die was bij de voordeur. Dus konden het niet openmaken. De slaapkamer had geen ramen, dus het kleine raampje bij de ingang, die gelijk op de stoep was. dat was wel jammer en niet fijn.

L'appartamento è ben posizionato sia vicino ai trasporti che ai supermercati. Le istruzioni per accedervi sono state precise e chiare. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e ben servito di elettrodomestici. Eravamo in 6 e siamo stati molto bene.

Appartamento bellissimo con due bagni e fermata del bus davanti alla porta, Tamara è stata gentilissima e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. In zona si trova la caffetteria per la colazione, supermercati, ristoranti e una palestra. Nell'appartamento c'è anche un piccolo spazio esterno davvero comodo. Tutto pulito, curato e nuovo!
