Did not like the lay out of the furniture, too ample- not inviting. One of the beds was literally at the entrance by the door and window (of a street entrance). Then no other windows. Lights too bright, ambience could be improved.

nice place, nice town and great location!

the location is perfect, if you plan to do a sightseeing tour in valencia. we have also liked the easy access with the wheel chair and parking for disabled customers. there was also a nice place for rhe dog to run 10 min walk in central park. apartment had everything you need for a short or longer stay!

a bit difficult to find, since the number 5a to 5c were in a different street than 5d to 5e. better ask the owner before arrival.

I wouldn’t recommend this stay because of the owner.

Overall it was clean and very spacious. Huge bathroom and living area.

The apartment owner wanted to scam me and asked me to pay the exact amount in cash even though I already had paid all the amount to booking.com. I had to call booking.com almost every day because she didn’t accept my payment through booking.com and asked for cash on the arrival date. Now, after my stay there, she’s threatening me to write complaints about me not leaving the apartment in the cleanest state. It’s not my job to clean, lol.

Não havia proteção contra a luz da rua vinda da porta, PÉSSIMO!! Não havia água quente suficiente para todos tomarem banho, nem papel higiénico suficiente (tivemos que comprar) Não havia talheres e cadeiras suficientes para o número de pessoas que reservamos

Lo mejor la anfitriona, es muy amable, se adapta si lo pides con antelación a la hora de llegada y está pendiente de todo por si necesitas cualquier cosa, por añadir algo, creo que sería muy recomendable modificar los sofá camas por algunos más cómodos. Pero en general relación calidad precio es un muy buen alojamiento y la ubicación es buena.

La salle de bain ,les climatiseurs vraiment efficaces. La cuisine est propre et bien agencée. Pas trop bruyant,les commodité à proximité,restaurants,snacks,supérette et réseau bus.

L’emplacement moyen,pas de fenêtres dans l’appartement, Coupure d’électricité pendant 2h à l’heure de prendre nos douche et cuisiner à 30 min de notre arrivée mais la réactivité de l hôte à bien gérer le soucis. Place parking très difficile à avoir car public mais c’est juste à côté et pas payant. Pas de geste commercial pendant la coupure d électricité,obligé d aller manger au restaurant à 5 à nos frais surtout qu’on cuisine souvent nous même en famille.

La cercanía al centro de valencia

Avisé que en vez de 8 personas íbamos a ser 6 y no se nos quiso hacer una reducción de precio. Además nos indicaron que el alojamiento era para 8 personas y al llegar nos encontramos con tan solo una habitación y en el espacio del salón - comedor dos sofás camas y una cama nada más abrir la puerta del alojamiento. Conclusión: las fotos no son fiables con la realidad.

El sitio es amplio y estaba limpio. El baño enorme.

Cogimos el apartamento sin darnos cuenta de la hora de salida (11:00). No nos parece correcto que te vayas un fin de semana a una ciudad y a las 11 te veas en la puerta con las maletas. Pedimos quedarnos hasta las 12 y nos dijeron que no porque tienen que limpiar. No repetiremos nunca un alojamiento que tenga una hora de salida tan temprana, aunque es cierto que venía cuando lo reservamos pero no nos dimos cuenta.

Buena estancia,buen apartamento.

Estaba muy limpio,el apartamento muy bonito,equipado aunque se podrían mejorar algunas cosas. Había sobres de azúcar,cápsulas de café y té. El baño y ducha muy grandes,tuvimos agua caliente para todos ,calefacción (aire acondicionado)en todas las habitaciones y excepto algunas cosillas que se podrían mejorar tuvimos muy buena estancia.

Las camas las niñas durmieron en ellas ,mi marido y yo no pudimos colchones muy muy finos y las sabanas super justas no podías pillarlas con el colchón ,eran mucho mejor los sofás camas. Hubiera puesto tostadora que no había para los desayunos, y aunque lo pone en información cuando vas alquilar el apartamento,(yo no lo vi ) piden una fianza de 150€ ,que tienes que pagar si o si,la verdad que te parte un poco,pero nos la han devuelto a los dos dias de nuestra estancia.
