The stairs in the apartment, the neighbors - the building was supposed to be no partying area, but in the next to us apartment the music and screams lasted till 8:00 in the morning. No napkins, not enough toilet taper, not enough coffee pot, not enough dish washer tablets, the heating was not working for the first two days, the communication with host was only through booking site - lacks immediacy on urgent issues. For example there was something wrong with the check-in code on the door in the other apartment next to us and a family with two small kids stayed for hours after midnight in the alley until the problems was solved, because the communication with the host is not ok

Low light, no shower screen, flooded bathroom floor, bed cover was too small for the mattress, late checkin at arrival (17:30), too little or missing supplies (toilet paper, washing machine soap), hard mattress and for a price (100+/day) which is not in line with this accommodation.

Solid 7 but could have been higher with the sofa bed

Property was nice as described in the photos for the most part. Good lighting, WiFi, has an iron and iron board. Nice cold A/C

1. The listing showed it had a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed. I messaged the company about this several times never heard anything back about this. But on the day I was supposed to check out i definitely got a friendly reminder what time check out time was 😂. I was like oh you can message me that but not about the missing sofa bed lol. 2. The freezer had a weird fishy smell. I went to put in my drinks to get cold and instantly regretted that, I think someone spilled something in there. That’s an easy fix

Buen alojamiento

Tuve mis dudas a la hora de reservar, por algunas reseñas que decían que habían tenido problemas para entrar en el apartamento, y que no les contestaban, pero en nuestro caso fue todo súper fácil. Desde el móvil se pueden abrir las puertas, y contacté 2 veces a Olala por dudas, y la respuesta fue muy rápida. El apartamento es moderno y agradable.

La limpieza no está mal, pero sí que debería realizarse algo más a fondo, es mejorable, y la botella de gel en la ducha estaba casi vacía. Luego, los huéspedes de los apartamentos contiguos hacían algo de ruido en el pasillo al ir a visitarse unos a otros en los apartamentos, pero llegó la noche y ya no escuchamos nada.

Ottimo soggiorno!

Esperienza eccellente, mi è piaciuto innanzitutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità sia di chi mi ha accolta,sia di chi mi ha concedata. Poi senz'altro la pulizia, gli spazi e le comodità del monolocale, per non tralasciare la sua luminosità naturale e anche per l'ottima illuminazione. Completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici l' ho trovata super funzionale. La zona è veramente comoda da tutti i servizi e dalle fermata dei mezzi pubblici tra cui autobus e Metro. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole . Di certo tornerò al prossimo viaggio a Valencia. Consiglio a tutti! A presto, Grazie.

Des avantages, mais aussi des inconvénients

J'ai reçu le digicode après avoir procédé à l'enregistrement en ligne via une application proposée par Olala Homes. J'ai déposé toutes les pièces d'identité de ma famille. Suite à ça j'ai obtenu les codes d'accès au logement.

J'ai réservé ce logement pour accompagner ma fille qui participait au marathon de Valence. D'emblée j'ai demandé si je pouvais bénéficier de 2h30 de plus par rapport au check out prévu à 11 h afin de laisser le temps à ma fille de se changer. Ce dépassement était possible mais en payant 40 euros de plus. J'ai accepté et j'ai payé. En revenant du marathon, d'abord je reçois un appel à 11h58 pour dire que j'avais dépassé l'heure de sortie. J'ai expliqué que j'avais payé pour rester 2h30 de plus. A 12 h arrivés sur place notre code ne fonctionnait plus. Nous voilà bloqués dehors, sans accueil sur site. J'ai dû appeler le numéro de Olala Homes. J'arrive sur un boîte vocale me demandant de choisir entre Barcelone, Madrid... et Valencia (n° 4) qui ne fonctionnait pas. J'attends d'avoir quelqu'un. Après 15 minutes je reçois un nouveau code. Bien contente qu'il me restait suffisamment de batterie de mon téléphone et que j'avais un forfait international... Cette expérience de se retrouver bloqués devant l'appart avec toutes nos affaires à l'intérieur alors que j'avais tenté d'anticiper le problème du dépassement d'heure de sortie, nous a particulièrement énervée. C'est pratique les codes, mais une telle mauvaise gestion à distance n'est pas sérieuse ! Autre facteur de mécontentement : j'ai payé près de 400 euros par nuit pour 3 personnes. A notre arrivée il a fallu chercher la literie pour la 3e personne, absolument pas préparée. Quand j'ai demandé une couette supplémentaire on m'a dit que ça couterait 15 euros de plus (sans commentaires). Côté cuisine on trouve plutôt deux assiettes, deux bols, deux verre à vins... bref c'est très bien pour deux personnes, qui partent à l'heure... Côté quartier, 45 minutes à pied du site de départ du Marathon. Quartier correct, supermarché à 500 m. Mauvaise isolation sonore dans le couloir.

Appartamento molto bello. Letto molto comodo. Bagno con una bella doccia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Zona tranquilla. Vicinanza alla metro che dista 100 metri. Supermercato sempre a 100 metri molto fornito. Pizzeria a 20 metri con ottime pizze. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Teleurstellend

Het grote raam had een electrisch blind die niet werkte. Ben de hele week bezig geweest om dit op te lossen. Iedere keer weer gaven ze een antwoord als een extern bedrijf moet komen maar die komt niet. Iedereen kon naar binnen kijken, de hele straat en we hadden 0 privacy. In de nacht moesten we kleren aantrekken om naar het toilet te gaan. Echt heel erg vervelend. We hadden dit nooit geboekt en ik adviseer iedereen hier niet meer te boeken.

De locatie en de ruimte. En het was schoon. Straat ervoor is onlangs autovrij gemaakt

Waren helaas erg veel gebreken waaronder het gordijn in de woonkamer. Waardoor je s'avonds vol in het zicht zat met inkijk in de badkamer. En de balkondeur was niet af te sluiten. Daar voor heb ik de klusjesman een oplossing moeten influisteren. Waren voor reparatie thuis gebleven, kwamen ze niet.

Il loft era davvero carino, con tutto quello che può servire per una coppia in vacanza ma che non deve passare l’intero soggiorno chiuso in casa… ma con tutti i comfort necessari… assistenza lodevole dovuto ad un disguido di pulizia, prontamente risolto

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo, per un errore di comunicazione interno, il loft non era stato pulito e abbiamo dovuto farlo noi per poterci lavare e dormire… ma l’assistenza è stata celere e ottima: non solo il giorno dopo sono venuti a pulire tutto da cima a fondo chiedendoci quando non eravamo lì ma ci è stato anche concesso un rimborso di scuse

Recomiendo este apartamento, pero si precisáis de una cuna, instaurar varias veces en ello.

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. Esta muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila a pesar de que sea céntrica. Es un apartamento de nueva construcción y que cuenta con todo lo necesario para el día a día (horno, frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavadora, terraza pequeña para tender y/o fumar…una cama, más un sofá cama, mesa para comer, baño completo… y cuenta con muy buena iluminación tanto en la parte de arriba como en la de abajo) en general, el apartamento es acogedor y tiene relativamente cerca, varios supermercados para comprar etc.

Tuvimos un problema durante toda la estancia en el apartamento, pues la cortina del ventanal grande del comedor, estaba rota, es decir, ni podíamos subirla ni bajarla,tenía que estar tal y como estaba, casi subida a la mitad, y ello conllevaba a no tener intimidad, pues desde la calle los viandantes nos venían perfectamente y además, al amanecer entraba luz y los peques se despertaban…informamos durante prácticamente todos los días de esta incidencia y finalmente nos fuimos y no lo solucionaron. El primer día también nos encontramos de que no estaba la cuna solicitada…pero por ello nos dieron una pequeña recompensa.

La verdad que todo fue maravilloso, las instalaciones, el equipamiento del departamento súper bien ... nos hospedamos dos adultos y dos niños pequeños.

Buenos nos es de suma importancia pero cabe aclarar que no llegamos hacer uso sofa cama como tal porque aparentemente estaba dañado y por seguridad nuestra y para evitar problemas mayores pues optamos por no abrirlo.

Appartement Nr 4. In diesem Appartement war es sehr laut , es ist direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die Fenster sind teilweise mit Mängel und sie sind nicht isoliert. Es gibt eine Terasse aber dieser ist nicht einladend um dort Zeit zu verbringen es gibt auch keine Ausstattung auf der terasse . Es gibt Befall von Kakerlaken im Gebäude und in dem Apartment. Unter ihrem Apartment ist eine Pizzaria die Fotos die ihnen die Unterkunft zeigt sind älter . Es gibt überall kleine Mängel die man leicht beheben kann. Die Haustüre von allen ist sehr laut , wenn jemand kommt und geht sie werden Sie hören. Der Check in Verlauf war sehr unangenehm, die Betreiber schreiben sehr oft wollen ihre Daten und wenn sie alles gemacht haben , erhalten sie nicht die Informationen die Sie eigentlich brauchen. Wir hatten uns damit abgefunden weil wir es ausprobieren wollten, wir waren nur eine kurze Zeit dort . Bei der Ankunft konnten wir nicht rein weil die Betreiber ihnen keinen Code für den Eingang geben .. das muss unbedingt gemacht werden, sonst müssen sie warten bis ein anderer Bewohner ihnen den PIN sagt sonst stehen sie vor verschlossenen Tor um in ihr Apartment zu kommen. Wir hatten Glück wir ruften den Support und er half uns sehr zügig.. wenn sie den Support nicht erreichen haben sie beim einchecken verloren.

Muy buena experiencia, gracias al personal

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena en general. Al principio, tuvimos un problema de accesibilidad, ya que mis tíos son personas mayores y el apartamento asignado estaba en la primera planta sin ascensor, lo que les dificultaba subir las escaleras. Nos comunicamos de inmediato con el equipo de soporte para solicitar un cambio a uno de los apartamentos en planta baja, pero lamentablemente estaban ocupados en ese momento. A pesar de eso, queremos destacar la excelente atención del equipo de soporte. Fueron muy atentos, empáticos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos, buscando soluciones hasta que finalmente, unos días después, pudieron hacernos el cambio de apartamento. El apartamento en sí estaba muy bien equipado, limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y en una ubicación excelente. Queremos agradecer sinceramente al equipo de soporte por su amabilidad, comprensión y esfuerzo constante. Gracias por hacer todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. ¡Muy recomendables!

Estuvimos durmiendo en cama rota y sofá cama viejo 4 noches, atención lamentable

El apartamento era espacioso

El 2°dia, de 6, se rompió la cama y la respuesta de Olala fue pésima. Tras muchas llamadas, nos movieron a otra habitación, con la persiana rota donde entraba muchísima luz. Volvimos a la anterior. El sofá cama era viejo y estaba medio roto. Y el día de la salida, estaba hablando con ellos por si podía salir sobre las 11.15, en lugar de las 11, y durante la conversación y sin avisar, a las 11 te cancelan la clave para entrar (que no te pille tirando la basura o comprando algo). Me han dado un reembolso parcial de la estancia, 20%, pero no compensa en absoluto el servicio lamentable ni dormir en esas condiciones 4 noches.

Estancia fenomenal!!

Precioso el apartamento, iluminación increíble, sofa y cama cómodo, todo limpio, dejan además unos detalles en la nevera de regalo. La atención al cliente fue estupenda, nos trajeron la cuna a primera hora de la mañana siguiente.

Que no ponga claramente en el texto principal del anuncio a la hora de reservar que hay que pagar 50€ extras como "seguro" por si se rompe algo. No tenía más dinero en el banco y me tocó ir cargada con la maleta, el bebé, bolsas, etc a buscar un banco a las 23:00 de la noche.
