I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Valencia. Everything was exactly as expected, if not better. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious, which made it really comfortable to relax in.
The check-in process was incredibly easy and hassle-free, and the access to the apartment was smooth and well-organized. I truly appreciated how simple everything was from start to finish.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like , the apartment had pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay.
If I had to suggest a small improvement, it would be great to have an oven available for cooking. Also, having a few drinks in the fridge (even at an extra cost) would be a nice touch, especially for guests arriving late at night when most places are closed.
That said, I was lucky because there was a 24/7 shop right across the street, so I can’t really complain at all.

Удобное расположение, между центральным рынком и побережьем, от станции метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, рядом меркадонна и круглосуточный магазин. В номере есть все необходимое ( и даже больше) для длительного и комфортного проживания (духовой шкаф, вытяжка, плита, посудомойка, стиральная машина, необходимый для этого набор посуды, кофеварка, микроволновка, огромный холодильник).
Время берет свое и номера требуют лёгкого косметичесского ремонта. Местами замены мебели. Диваны расположенные на первом этаже уже давно просятся на выход. Щели в дверях и окнах дарят незабываемые ощущения ночёвки на улице.

La ubicación está bien, cerca de una parada de metro. El apartamento en si está bien excepto el sofá cama y la cama
El sofá cama y la cama , eran muy incomodos.no pudimos dormir ni una noche bien. La primera noche en la cama , la cama estaba totalmente hundido el colchón ,había que irse como quien dice a la esquina de cada lado para no hundirte . las almohadas malas también. La segunda noche fuimos al sofá cama y lo mismo , se clavaban todos los muelles.
Escribimos a los apartamentos y dijeron que se pasarían a arreglarlo , pero mientras estuvimos alojados nadie pasó. Mala gestión por su parte la verdad. Una pena .
Por último no recomiendo ir en época de fallas , hay ruido a todas horas ,mañana y noche .
