una struttura ben disposta, ti fa sentire a casa, camere delle giuste dimensioni. doppi servizi e una sala con angolo cottura di ottime dimensioni.

In una struttura del genere c'è poco da migliorare, se devo trovare per forza una pecca dico la tv, senza un account proprio non vedi quasi nulla.

Key pickup was easy - the person contacted us ahead of time so we coordinated closely our arrival from airport. Key dropoff was also easy. Location is amazing - near the main train station but not next to it. Easy walk to many attraction. Bus and metro near by. Many grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Accommodation - newly done apartment on the ground floor. Clean and spacous BUT as it is on the ground floor AND one bedroom is next to the entrace door so the window has to be kept closed and blinds down.

A bit annoying was filling in the forms before arrival, plus the deposit was unusual but we survived. Apartment is located on the ground floor next to entrance to a building. One of the bedrooms is next to the entrace door. Garbage bins are almost across the entrance door AND garbage trucks are collecting every day at different hours so you can count of being woken up many times - blinds will not help with the noise.

The property is close to central street into city centre. There was enough space. It is modern and stylish - if a bit style over substance.

Just one wine glass for 4 people (you can't count 2 gin balloons and a San Miguel glass that made it home from a bar). Yes there were glass beakers if you just wanted to 'slug' wine. We had to buy a set of 6 wine glasses (you're welcome). Also, the apartment had 1 small flat pillow for each person. We had to ask for extra pillows. The blind in the front bedroom facing the street would not come down and guests in that room had to put a sheet over the window for privacy for the first 2 nights of their stay until it was fixed. The place could do with a bit of a clean or a lick of paint. Grubby scuff marks on doors and skirting etc and splashes of indeterminate substance on one bedroom wall. It rained heavily on our last two nights and rain seeped down from the ceiling at the terrace/courtyard area and into the corridor and then into our bedroom. It was dangerous to get up and step onto a wet floor and my husband slipped in the corridor during the night and we spent last two nights mopping up water from our bedroom floor. You can't blame the heavy rain. We live in Ireland where we have torrential rain much of the time. But we also have watertight roofs, doors and windows to keep the rain out! This needs fixed. Also the patio door/window from the terrace into the back bedroom did not lock at all. However, worst of all was the noise right outside the apartment which went on all night (peak noise 3:00am- 6:00am most nights (mornings?)). The street outside is a rat run for late night revellers coming out of bars, shouting, singing and screaming and loitering in the apartment doorway. We got little or no sleep and our fellow travellers in the front bedroom said their bed may as well have been out on the street.
