Estrella Súper Nova by Invalencia

Very beautiful and big apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a well equipped kitchen and a patio. It also has a storage room with a laundry machine. It’s located near the station and 10-15 minutes walk from Ruzafa and Mercat Central, very comfortable zone. Has a Mercadona at less than 5 minutes walk. The staff was very kind and helpful ☺️

The entrance is a bit uncomfortable

The flat was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, featuring a functional kitchen and effective air conditioning.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante la nostra vacanza a Valencia e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento è moderno, molto bello, pulitissimo e tenuto con grande cura. La posizione è ottima: abbastanza vicina al centro e ben collegata sia con gli autobus che con la metropolitana, rendendo gli spostamenti molto semplici. Era dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, televisori sia nelle camere da letto che nel soggiorno, Smart TV con tutti i principali servizi, un comodo divano e ambienti spaziosi e funzionali. Essendo al piano terra è risultato particolarmente pratico anche per chi, come noi, viaggia con bambini. Nel complesso è un alloggio che consigliamo e in cui torneremmo volentieri, sperando che venga risolto questo piccolo inconveniente.

L’unico aspetto negativo è che, durante la sera, abbiamo notato la presenza di qualche scarafaggio. È un peccato, perché per il resto l’appartamento è davvero eccellente.

The property is close to central street into city centre. There was enough space. It is modern and stylish - if a bit style over substance.

Just one wine glass for 4 people (you can't count 2 gin balloons and a San Miguel glass that made it home from a bar). Yes there were glass beakers if you just wanted to 'slug' wine. We had to buy a set of 6 wine glasses (you're welcome). Also, the apartment had 1 small flat pillow for each person. We had to ask for extra pillows. The blind in the front bedroom facing the street would not come down and guests in that room had to put a sheet over the window for privacy for the first 2 nights of their stay until it was fixed. The place could do with a bit of a clean or a lick of paint. Grubby scuff marks on doors and skirting etc and splashes of indeterminate substance on one bedroom wall. It rained heavily on our last two nights and rain seeped down from the ceiling at the terrace/courtyard area and into the corridor and then into our bedroom. It was dangerous to get up and step onto a wet floor and my husband slipped in the corridor during the night and we spent last two nights mopping up water from our bedroom floor. You can't blame the heavy rain. We live in Ireland where we have torrential rain much of the time. But we also have watertight roofs, doors and windows to keep the rain out! This needs fixed. Also the patio door/window from the terrace into the back bedroom did not lock at all. However, worst of all was the noise right outside the apartment which went on all night (peak noise 3:00am- 6:00am most nights (mornings?)). The street outside is a rat run for late night revellers coming out of bars, shouting, singing and screaming and loitering in the apartment doorway. We got little or no sleep and our fellow travellers in the front bedroom said their bed may as well have been out on the street.
