The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location if you arrive by train. However, there was a hole in the bathroom

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the shower seems to be missing a door, so water splashes onto the floor. Additionally, the check-in instructions were provided on a third-party website, which was not very convenient.

Very mixed review - great location, nice apartment, but awful check in process, poor Customer Service and zero Wifi.

Great location, comfy beds and pillows, useful “extras” like olive oil, tea etc.

Check in process was awful. Delayed 2 hrs outside the property awaiting access codes. No return calls. Problems uploading passport for I/D verification. (two other couples had the same issue). No wifi (yet advertised with free wifi). asked for password to customer service. not even a reply to our query.

Everything was great! We are very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious, tidy, and located in a quiet part of the city. The location is excellent. The bus station is closer than it appears on the maps.

The only downside was the poor sound insulation between the bathroom and the other rooms, which didn’t provide much privacy, as every sound from the bathroom could be heard throughout the apartment. We also didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out and had to pay extra to store it at a different location.

Location is in China neighbour, we tried a lot of their food in restaurants, food was excellent. Shop is near. If yuo want to have nice and clean apartment, you need to booked it. At night is quiet. Big plus is wash machine in the kitchen. If I would come again, I would booked it again

Maybe bed is a little soft for me, but it was okay. The door of the bathroom is stucking. And maybe I missed coffee machine.

The good reviews are misleading

The Appartement was very close to the city center.

The Appartement was clearly cleaned, however we found some hairs in the bed and when we tried to tell the staff about it, we could not find anyone on a friday, 18:00 o'clock.

Good location, nearby landmarks and good restaurants, flat very well settled on and clean, (just with the exemption of the stove). And friendly in site staff.

I did the give a 10 just for the fact that there was plenty of late night noise on the top of my assigned flat (2B), and as per manager they are jot able during the weekends (mail & WhatsApp), so I hope you don’t need to talk to them during that days. Finally they were kind and kept my luggage a few hours after check out.

Airy,bright accommodation

Very clean. Nice bright airy room & comfy beds and I loved there was a water dispenser in reception. It’s an easy 10min walk into the city centre

I found the entry to the room hard to figure out so would be worried about older people trying to do it plus that the whole entry is dependent by an app on your phone. What happens if your phone dies or you loose it? You have no other way to enter as there is no manned reception, that’s my only negative with it.

Great location close to the old town. Everything you could wish to see is within walking distance.

The location was ideal for accessing the old town also being close to the train station. There were plenty places to eat and drink directly adjacent.

The only issue we had with the accommodation given we stayed there for 11 nights was we were asked to pay 25€ for a change of towels. Also we thought the bedding should have been changed at least once.

A big space with easy access to trains and Mercat Central.

We booked this for the decor and space; it's huge and we could have friends over with plenty of room to spare. Convenient to the train stations and metro, it is a good location for travelers. There are dozens of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese restaurants close by with high quality, great value food.

It's not a picturesque neighborhood and there wasn't a key to lock the terrace doors, which worried us a bit. The terrace has high walls, but it still made us feel a little uneasy. The host was apologetic, but didn't offer a solution. The shower was our least favorite of 8 places we stayed in Spain, low water pressure and fully open. We felt like we splurged on this one and didn't get value for our money.

Construction Works !!!!! Horor

I stayed here for 4 nights. I came as a tourist to rest, every morning at 08:00 an apartment is being built next door, it's not a pounding of hammers, it's a real building construction with drills, and it lasts the whole time of my stay. I return home completely mentally destroyed and tired. They don't say in the reservation or on the internet that the works are next door. If you know that it is being built next door - close the hotel for a while, don't let the guests who PAID and came on vacation suffer terror because of your greed and desire to extract every euro! The hygiene is terrible, the sofa is the cheapest, small and uncomfortable! It is presented in the pictures, but in reality it is a very hard and small sofa. This kind of behavior is a shame and a shame for Spanish tourism! Never again!

We liked the modern facilities, beautiful shower room and well appointed kitchen. The bed was comfy and the air con was useful. We highly recommend the apartment.

The keyless door to the apartment was a nuisance,it rarely worked to get in OR out. We mentioned it to the receptionist after a few days and they replaced the battery,after that it was fine. The WiFi was intermittent.

The location was very central. The building was very well kept.

One of our bedroom doors didn’t close completely. One of the kitchen chairs felt like it was about to collapse under you. We had a hard time getting checked in (the code didn’t initially work, and the staff gave us attitude when they were the ones who sent a code with too many digits). On one of our last nights, someone checked in above us and made noise stomping around all night. We left one night early because we didn’t want to sleep poorly again.

Just a suggestion to have split bed blankets. We’re not used to have one blanket- we did get additional one and it was great. Additionally, more dish available in the kitchen,some larger pots to cook a propper meal for a family.

Exceptional

Very nice and clean apartments next to the station Nord in Valencia, very central point right in the heart of the Chinese neighborhood. The place is very clean and good maintained, comfy beds and good Kitchen.

The doorlock which works with codes was difficult for us, we needed assistance there and this was solved very quick. We had 4 broken chairs and also the next day they were replaced. But for this money they should have changed or themselves.

It was very good.

the location is good, just a few meters from the Estacion Norde, the neighborhood is not noisy during night ( lots of Chinese shops around ) and we can arrive in less than 5 minutes in the very center of wonderful Valencia.

During dark hours it is a bit difficult to get in touch with the host if you need it.
