Wiele niedoróbek, zdjęcia lepsze niż faktyczny stan mieszkania, podpisywanie umowy najmu przy dwóch nocach oraz kaucja 200€ zabezpieczająca (środki nie zostały pobrane, ale dane z karty) o czym nie było mowy w opisie, a po zapłacie dostaliśny osobne linki do podpisania umowy najmu i kaucji - często rezerwuje noclegi i raczej to mało spotykana praktyka.

The apartment has decently comfortable beds.

The apartment was difficult to find in the first place, with nomenclature around the address/entry/floor, etc. in Spanish and no real clarification from the ppl at the renting company. They wanted to be helpful once we finally reached them, just that they presume their address format is well understood in the first place. You also need to pick up the keys at a different location - 10-15mins away on foot. Check in was at the latest possible time (16:00), after I had to ask for further confirmation it's ready, at ~16:10 - when I got to the apartment at ~16:25 the cleaning staff was just finishing up and left. Not a dealbreaker as such, but not an ideal experience overall. The apartment is tiny, but OK in terms of function. It's a bit worn down as of 06/2026 and had some amenities broken (toilet seat for instance). The location is noisy - walls are very thin and you hear the neighbors + a lot of noise from the street.
