L'appartamento è molto accogliente! Tutto completamente rinnovato e con molti servizi. L'abbiamo trovato molto pulito, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e come posizione molto centrale, proprio in centro alla Ciutat Vella. Letto ad una piazza e mezzo e un divano letto delle stesse dimensioni, abbastanza comodi! Dispone di cucina, forno a microonde con funzionalità di forno ventilato, lavatrice, phono e ferro da stiro.
Unica pecca la doccia è poco funzionale: essendo una doccia moderna aperta da un lato, l'acqua tende ad uscire e non era presente un tappeto/straccio per asciugare (ci siamo arrangiati con uno straccio presente nella lavanderia). Altro aspetto negativo l'assenza di una pentola di medie dimensioni: è presente solo un pentolino che non permette di cucinare cibi per le persone che l'appartamento può ospitare.
