Near to the center, very clean, comfortable bed. Coffee shop down stairs, restaurants at maximum 5 minutes walking. Shopping area very close. I really recomand this place.

Location. Apartment very spacious. Felt secure.

Nothing - it was exceptional. Will be recommending to family and friends.

What I liked most was the location and how nice the apartment was. Since it’s right by Valencia City Hall, in the city center, you’ve got the best restaurants, malls and overall the best atmosphere in the city all around you. It’s also really close to Nord train station, and getting around by public transport is super easy if you want to go somewhere like Malvarrosa Beach or even to the airport. Also, the beds were really comfortable, and the building offers bike rentals, which was a lot of fun since I used them with my son.

Breakfast was not included as an option. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and the train station.

This place needs a decent upgrade. There was a foul smell as we entered the apartment. I purchased air freshener to rid the odor there. For the size of this apartment, it, lacked packing space for our cloths and toiletries. The bedrooms lacked decent cupboard space, we asked for additional hangers only 3 was extra was provided. The balance of our cloths remained in our suitcases. The bathrooms did not have any vanity packing space.
