Location good. But somethings to improve

Location, facilities distribution

The cleanliness could be improved. The entire apartment smelled like sewage/drains, the bathrooms were not completely clean, and the kitchen dishes (glasses) weren’t clean either. There was also poor soundproofing from the apartment next door.

Sweet comfortable studio

The staff were super helpful & friendly. They responded right away to any questions ot requests. The apartment was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchenette. We heard noise from outside later in the evening 11pm-midnight due to the sartment's ground floor location. There was a smell of sewage in the apartment from time to time. I would still recommend staying here as the location to Valencia sights was very good!

Fantastic facility, but late check in.

Plenty of room, able to open large windows for fresh air. Property has a lift which makes luggage handling easy.

The check in time is very late 4.00 pm, which isn’t convenient for everyone, especially if you have travelled a considerable distance. The information for check-in wasn’t received until 4.30 pm. In 2 months of travelling this has been the only accommodation with such a late and inflexible check-in time. The street address is not included in their Booking.com information - you must request it or you’ll go around in circles like we did!

Avoid not as advertised

Not as advertised waited two days for towels and hot water as advertised but never materialised despite contacting them repeatedly. They then stopped responding and let themselves in three hours before checkout when my teenage son was undressing saying they saw us leave on cameras earlier. Creepy. How may cameras do they have?

Very good stay, but be prepared to walk a little upon arrival

It was very new clean and in the best of locations

The originally stated address is not the one of the actual location. It is close by but still a few 100 meters to walk. Not ideal in the heat. We ordered a cot which was not there upon arrival. We contacted the agency and there were a few communication issues as the people in the house are not staff of the agency.

Get better customer service and emergency contact

The property was great! Great location and great place but…

extreme dissatisfaction with the service we received during our stay. The staff provided very poor customer service, and the breaker/fuse box was not functioning properly. As a result, we spent almost half the night without electricity, with no assistance provided despite having three children with us. When I contacted your team, I was simply told to check the fuse myself. I am not an electrician, and this is unacceptable. For three days, we experienced repeated power outages, and no one was sent to help us at any point. After many calls, someone was sent a day later, but the problem persisted exactly as before, and no permanent solution was provided. This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress for my family. I expect a prompt response and an appropriate resolution to this matter.

Good location but maybe not worth the money overall

Location was perfect !

Very bad smell in the toilet and in the whole building. Mattresses completely deformed and concave, quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms also very very tiny. For the amount of money we paid, I think was too much. The staff was very nice but they couldn’t do much in those three nights to fix the mattresses and the smell. However, I do not think it s a “new” problem.

Beautiful, Clean and comfortable in a perfect location

Property was to a very high standard. Had all good facilities and air conditioning was great.

The only complaints I have was checkout at 11am. Wish it was a little bit later and finding the place wasn't super easy but not too challenging. Really nit picky complaints. Shows the standard of this amazing property

Great apartment, good location!

Really lovely apartment, great deco and perfect location for exploring the city. Close to supermarket, bars and restaurants and also a Valencia bike rent location. Balcony is lovely for sitting out on too.

Lovely place and had a great time in this beautiful city.

Brilliant location, only 3 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Felt safe and secure. Lovely modern appartement with high ceilings and lots of space.

The air conditioning wasn’t the most effective, particularly in the bedroom it got really hot. It meant that some nights we had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.

Apartment & Valencia were great. Unfortunately, the overall stay experience was soured by check-in.

Apartment was well located and well appointed.

Check-in process was appalling. Reception was behind lock gates as we arrived on a Sunday. Finally managed to get access to leave our bags. This was about 1.30pm with check-in at 4pm. No early check-in available. Reception would let us know as soon as room is ready. We arrive back at the office after 4pm without any message. Girl checked and our room was ready. I complained why hadnt we been notified, she simply said that cleaning was late. When I get to apartment, cleaner was there and she said apartment was ready from 2pm. When we check-out I mentioned this to reception, she said they manage many apartments so there can be a mix up with messages. This is simply not good enough! I paid good money and I have to put up with terrible excuses for their inadequacies. Reception makes this my problem when it should be theirs to fix - terrible!! SingularStays reception you need to pick up your game!!

Disappointing, poor value.

Location and comfy beds

We had 3 essential requirements, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and outside seating. Reviewed description and pictures on Bookings.com website. All pics showed nicely accessorised and presented accommodation with a couple of small balconies per apartment, with bistro tables and chairs to provide the essential outside space we required for eating/ drinking/ reading / chatting. We chose the higher option price for the 3 bed apartment which Singular Stays informed us that this would give us an apartment on a higher floor, therefore further away from street noise, but otherwise the same as pictured. When we arrived, apartment 11 on the 4th floor had much smaller balconies than those pictured, with sliding doors, rather than French doors. Not only was there no outside seating at all, but there was no option to even place a chair on the balcony due to sliding doors rather than fully opening French doors. The apartment was extremely basic, none of the additional comfy pillows pictured were there, just one small pillow per person, we had to ask for more. The towels provided were really small. Furniture was old, tatty and damaged in places. There was no tea and coffee as pictured on the website, and the toiletries provided were basic( shower gel dispenser) and not as shown. Air conditioning remote controllers needed new batteries to work, we had to ask for these. The kitchen was extremely basic, we’d wanted to shop at the market and have some of our meals in the apartment, rather than eat our for every meal, not even a bread knife or chipping board. The only socket in the kitchen was loose and could be pulled out of the wall, we were provided with an extension lead so we didn’t need to keep using the broken socket. Showers is this apartment needed to be run for about 15 mins before warm water came through, we had many cold showers before realising this. Great stay with some rather minor objections.

We liked everything as this was our second stay here (we were at Singular Stays Mercado Central the same time of the year in 2019) and we already knew the apartment will be great. We indeed appreciated friendly and prompt assistance from the staff and enjoyed our stay at best of our possibilities. The apartment was clean, cosy and had all necessary facilities that met our needs (aside lack of the knifes and few bowls in the kitchen but we managed all the same without those). The crucial fact was this apartment was brand new (or almost) and we felt as a category 1 guests while we were there, while it is in the middle of all that is happening in Valencia. Thank you Singular Stays for having us as your guests.

The upper floor restructuring and noise, as we were expecting it a bit more contained after we were returning from València site seeing all day long (around 18:30) to get some rest before dinner time.

Management team. In order to get access to the property I wrote several requests. Nevertherless, I didn't get it even on the date of arrival and had to call the property frpm the station. Quality of wifi was not up to the standards.

The property was in a good location.

The room we were given smelled like sewage. We requested another room and the communication and service was poor. We spent a lot of time during our short vacation trying to be comfortable when we were in the room. We finally got a new room which was better.

Brilliant location. Nice apartment, clean, good facilities. Car parking close by.

Couldn't get in. Was after 5 o'clock before we could access the apartment. Still didn't actually have access codes, cleaner had to let us in. Supposed to get in at 3pm and we had requested early access for 1pm due to travel arrangements.

Location was excellent. A bit noisy at night but nothing major.

There was an offensive smell throughout the lobby, stairs and hall. It was likely a problem with the sewage. It wasn’t an issue in the apartment but once you went outside the door it was an issue.
