Terrific location, very central and a large well appointed apartment with a good bathroom and 2 decent bedrooms
I felt badly that this was clearly a home, now being used as a short term let, I felt guilty 😔 Also a smell of stagnant water in the kitchen

I have loved the location and also the apartment. Big apartment with balcony for each room. Suitable for a couple with or without kids. The apartment was clean, the host met with my requests right away
The smell in the block of flats and also in the apartment upon the arrival. If someone's intention is to have a quiet stay in Valencia, that's not the place.

Great location.
But property a bit tired I fixed the shower door, and not very good service, no one replaced simple things like enough toilet paper. Four requests but no joy. Bring your own olive oil etc as nothing provided.
